Bill Stretch

William Noel Stretch (born 17 March 1935) is a former Australian politician.

He was born in Ballarat and arrived in Western Australia in 1954. He farmed at Mobrup before entering politics. In 1983 he was elected to the Western Australian Legislative Council as a Liberal member for Lower Central Province; following the reconstitution of the Council in 1989 he was one of the members for South West. From March to December 1986 he served as Shadow Minister for Agriculture, Conservation and Land Management, and from 1989 to 1992 he was Secretary to the Shadow Cabinet. He was Deputy Chairman of Committees from 1993 to 2001. Stretch retired from politics in 2005. [1]

Barry John House is an Australian politician who was a Liberal Party member of the Legislative Council of Western Australia from 1987 to 2017. He was President of the Legislative Council from 2009 to 2017, and prior to entering politics worked as a schoolteacher.

Alexander Ashley Lewis, known as Sandy Lewis, was an Australian politician who represented the Western Australian Legislative Assembly seat of Blackwood from 1972 until 1974, and one of the two Legislative Council seats for Lower Central Province from 1974 until 1989. He was a member of the Liberal Party.

Roger Hugh Cook is an Australian politician who is the current Deputy Premier of Western Australia, under Mark McGowan. He has been a member of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia since 2008, representing the seat of Kwinana. He was elected deputy leader of the Labor Party ten days after first being elected to parliament, and continues to hold the position. Before entering politics, Cook worked as a public relations consultant. He had earlier been involved in student politics, serving as the first president of the National Union of Students.

Peter Katsambanis Australian politician

Peter Argyris Katsambanis is a former Australian politician. He was elected to the Western Australian Legislative Council at the 2013 state election, representing the Liberal Party, taking his seat on 22 May 2013. He resigned in 2017 to successfully contest the Legislative Assembly seat of Hillarys. At the 2021 Western Australian state election, he was defeated by Labor's Caitlin Collins. He was previously a Liberal member of the Victorian Legislative Council, from 1996 to 2002.

He was the state leader of the Liberal Party from 1986 to 1992, although he led the party at only one election. He worked as an accountant before entering politics, and since leaving parliament has involved himself in various community organisations.
