Billy Ray Bell (born January 16, 1961) is a former American football defensive back who played two seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Houston Oilers and Kansas City Chiefs. He played college football at Lamar. [1] He was also a member of the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League and the Dallas Texans of the Arena Football League. [2]
