Billy Ray Smith is an American politician from Kentucky who was the Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture from 1996 to 2004 and a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1982 to 1995. Smith was first elected to the house in 1981 after incumbent representative Buddy Adams retired. [1] He was elected agriculture commissioner in 1995 after incumbent commissioner Ed Logsdon retired to run for Secretary of State. [2] He was reelected in 1999 and term-limited in 2003. [3]
Ernest Lee Fletcher is an American physician and politician who was the 60th governor of Kentucky from 2003 to 2007. He previously served three consecutive terms in the United States House of Representatives before resigning after being elected governor. A member of the Republican Party,Fletcher was a family practice physician and a Baptist lay minister and is the second physician to be elected Governor of Kentucky;the first was Luke P. Blackburn in 1879. He was also the first Republican governor of Kentucky since Louie Nunn left office in 1971.

Thomas was first elected in a February 1996 special election following the resignation of incumbent Billy Ray Smith to become state agriculture commissioner. He was defeated for reelection in 2004 by Republican Jim DeCesare.
Jon Draud is an American politician from Kentucky who was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1999 to 2007. Draud was first elected to the house in 1998 after incumbent representative Richard Murgatroyd retired to run for County Judge/Executive of Kenton County. Draud resigned from the house in November 2007 after being selected by the state Board of Education to be state education commissioner. He resigned as education commissioner in December 2008. He was later elected to the Kenton County Commission in 2010.

Hogancamp was first elected in 1994 after incumbent representative Rex Smith retired. In 1998 she unsuccessfully ran for the Kentucky Senate,losing to Democratic incumbent Bob Leeper.
Richard H. Lewis was an American politician from Kentucky who was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1970 to 1975 and 1989 to 1995. Lewis was first elected in 1969 after incumbent representative and former speaker of the house Shelby McCallum retired. He resigned from the house in May 1975 in order to join the executive staff of governor Julian Carroll. Lewis returned to the house in 1988,defeating incumbent representative J. R. Gray for renomination. He retired from the house in 1994.
Stephen Keith was an American politician from Kentucky who was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1985 to 1995. Keith was first elected in 1984 after defeating incumbent representative Randy Moore in the May primary election. He retired from the house in 1994. Keith died on January 30,2024,at the age of 81.
