Often abbreviated as "BENt", Black Eyes & Neckties was formed in 2002 by founding members Ryan Greer (Cadaver), Bradley Lockhart (Horror), Davey Albert (Crypt), Thomas Robinson (Juan) and Ryan Patterson (Dead Sexy).
The bands' debut album, Stiletto, was released in 2004 by New Regard Media. The follow-up, Apparition!, was released in October 2007 on Clickpop Records.
In June 2009 they released a split vinyl 12" with The Russians on Krazy Keith Records. BENt was awarded "Best Rock Band" in Bellingham, WA in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 (tied with the Russians), and 2008 by What's Up!. In March 2009 they signed with the William Morris Agency and toured throughout the UK in May 2009.
They have also been featured in the Seattle newspaper The Stranger. BENt broke up in the Fall of 2009 after guitar player Josh Homicide quit the band. They played their final show on October 31, 2009 at The Nightlight Lounge in Bellingham, WA.
Recent projects of former members include Dryland (featuring Brad Lockhart and Ryan Greer), Rookery (featuring David Albert, Brenda Grimm and Ryan Greer), Baltic Cousins (featuring Brad Lockhart), and Dog Shredder/Wild Throne (featuring Josh (Homicide) Holland).
The band performed a reunion show on March 3, 2018 at the Wild Buffalo House of Music in Bellingham, WA for What's Up! Magazine's 20th Anniversary party with The Trucks, The Growers, Keaton Collective, and The Patio Kings.

The Misfits are an American punk rock band often recognized as the progenitors of the horror punk subgenre, blending punk and other musical influences with horror film themes and imagery. The group was founded in 1977 in Lodi, New Jersey, by vocalist, songwriter and keyboardist Glenn Danzig, and drummer Manny Martínez. Jerry Only joined on bass guitar shortly after. Over the next six years, membership would change frequently with Danzig and Only being the only consistent members. During this time period, they released several EPs and singles, and with Only's brother Doyle as guitarist, the albums Walk Among Us (1982) and Earth A.D./Wolfs Blood (1983), both considered touchstones of the early-1980s hardcore punk movement. The band has gone through many lineup changes over the years, with bassist Jerry Only being the only constant member in the group.
AFI is an American rock band from Ukiah, California, formed in 1991. Since 1998, it consists of lead vocalist Davey Havok, drummer and backing vocalist Adam Carson, bassist, backing vocalist and keyboardist Hunter Burgan, and guitarist, backing vocalist and keyboardist Jade Puget. Havok and Carson are the sole remaining original members. Originally a hardcore punk band, they have since delved into many genres, starting with horror punk and following through post-hardcore and emo into alternative rock and gothic rock.
Catch 22 is an American ska punk band from East Brunswick Township, New Jersey. The band was formed in 1996 by guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Tomas Kalnoky, who left the band in 1998 and later formed Streetlight Manifesto. Founding members still in the band are vocalist/saxophonist Ryan Eldred, trumpeter Kevin Gunther and drummer Chris Greer. While largely inactive since 2012, the band announced a spate of shows in 2015.
Matchbook Romance was an American emo band from Poughkeepsie, New York and was formed in 1997. They were signed to Epitaph Records. They released two full-length albums and one EP. Their EP, West for Wishing, released in 2003 was their first recorded album during their time on Epitaph; their full-length debut album, Stories and Alibis, was recorded in the same year.
Famous Monsters is an album by the American punk rock band Misfits, released on October 5, 1999. It is the second in the post-Danzig era of the band, and the last album to feature Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein, Michale Graves, and Dr. Chud, who would all quit the band in 2000.

The Huntingtons are a punk band from Baltimore, Maryland which formed in 1993 or 1994 in the Maryland and Delaware area by Cliff Powell, Mike Holt and Mike Pierce. The band is heavily influenced by the Ramones.
Son of Sam is an American horror punk band that is a side project created by Todd Youth in 2000, during his tenure as the guitarist for Danzig. The band's initial line up featured members of Samhain, Danzig, and AFI. Much like its members' other work, Son of Sam plays in the horror punk style, and also infuses metal and deathrock elements into their music. The name of the band was inspired by the iconic serial killer David Berkowitz, known as the notorious "Son of Sam". This also draws reference to the band Samhain.

The Trucks was an electronic rock band originally formed in Bellingham, Washington. It was founded in 2003, to fill a lack of female bands for a festival, by Kristin Allen-Zito, Faith Reichel, and Marissa Moore, and later added Lindy McIntyre on drums. The Trucks went on to become a popular band in the Northwest music scene, opening for such acts as Federation X, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Deadboy and the Elephantmen, Harvey Danger, and The Presidents of the United States of America.
The Cab is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada. Their debut album, Whisper War, was released on April 29, 2008. They have been called "The Band You Need to Know 2008" by Alternative Press magazine. They were also featured in the '100 Bands You Need to Know in 2010' by the magazine and were one of the three bands featured on the cover page, along with Never Shout Never and Hey Monday. Their second album Symphony Soldier was released on August 23, 2011, with its first single "Bad" released to iTunes July 11, 2011, and announced by the band on July 18. The Cab funded the entire album by themselves and left their Fueled by Ramen/Decaydance label, self-releasing Symphony Soldier. AbsolutePunk gave an extremely positive review with a rating of 95%, calling the album a "masterpiece". The pre-orders in the band's webstore featured eleven packages, ranging from $10 to $9,999. Symphony Soldier is digitally available on iTunes, and only available as physical CDs from the band's webstore. The band's latest work, an EP titled Lock Me Up, was released on April 29, 2014. They have not released any new material since 2014, leaving the future of the band uncertain.
Zombina and the Skeletones are a horror punk band from Liverpool, England, formed in 1998 around the nucleus of vocalist Zombina and songwriter Doc Horror. As of 2021, their last recording was a self-released EP in 2017, and their official website is dismantled.
No-Fi Soul Rebellion is an American musical group formed in Alaska in 2001. The band was started by Mark Heimer, who records all vocals and music himself. The performing band is made up Mark Heimer and his wife Andrea Heimer. The couple was based in Seattle for a time and now resides in Bellingham, WA.

7 Horns 7 Eyes is an American Christian death metal band based out of Seattle, Washington. The band formed in 2006 and released their debut album Throes of Absolution on April 24, 2012, on Century Media Records in North America and Basick Records in Europe. On January 10, 2014, after being silent for nearly two years, vocalist JJ Polachek announced the band is working on three potential releases for 2014 and 2015. It was described as a large conceptual work.
