Black Moon Rising is the eighth album by the Swedish Folk metal band Falconer, released on June 10, 2014 through Metal Blade Records. [1] The track listing was revealed and the album went up for order on April 16, 2014. [2]

Falconer (band) Swedish power metal band

Falconer is a Swedish folk/power metal band from Mjölby, formed in 1999 by the former guitarist of Mithotyn, Stefan Weinerhall. Falconer carry on many of the traditions set by Weinerhall's previous band and play a style of power metal that utilizes folk instrumentation and melody to create a more medieval sound.

Arch Enemy is a Swedish melodic death metal band, originally a supergroup, from Halmstad, formed in 1995. Its members were in bands such as Carcass, Armageddon, Carnage, Mercyful Fate, Spiritual Beggars, The Agonist, Nevermore, and Eucharist. It was founded by Carcass guitarist Michael Amott along with Johan Liiva, who were both originally from the death metal band Carnage. The band has released ten studio albums, three live albums, three video albums and four EPs. The band was originally fronted by Johan Liiva, who was replaced by German vocalist Angela Gossow in 2000.
