Black and Greene Records is an independent record label that was founded in 2004 by David Greene and Jeremy Black (Apollo Sunshine). [1] Black & Greene Records is located and operated out of Los Angeles, California [2] and San Francisco. The label works exclusively with Coyote Hearing Studios co-run by Jeremy Black. The label's bands have been showcased on HBO's Eastbound & Down and 90210 . [3]

Walk Among Us is the debut album by the American punk rock band Misfits, released in March 1982 by Ruby Records and its parent label Slash Records. It was the first full-length album to be released by the band, although it was the third to be recorded, after Static Age and 12 Hits from Hell. Too Fast for Love is the debut studio album by American heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. The first edition of 900 copies was released on November 10, 1981, on the band's original label Leathür Records. Elektra Records signed the band the following year, at which point the album was remixed and partially re-recorded. This re-release, with a different track listing and slightly different artwork, has become the standard version from which all later reissues derive. The re-recorded album also removed the song "Stick to Your Guns", though it is featured on a bonus track version of the album. The original mix of the album remained unreleased on CD until 2002, when it was included in the Music to Crash Your Car to: Vol. 1 box set compilation.

Motörhead is the self-titled debut studio album by British rock band Motörhead. It was released on 21 August 1977 via Chiswick Records, one of the first for the label. It is officially regarded as the band's debut album, though an album was recorded in 1975 for United Artists which was shelved, and was only released in 1979 after the band had established themselves commercially. Flight of the Behemoth is the second album by Sunn O))). The band collaborated with the Japanese noise artist Merzbow, who mixed tracks 3 and 4, and a recording of the two performing together at the 2007 Earthdom Festival in Tokyo was added for a 2007 2CD reissue in Japan. Southern Lord released this version as a download on Bandcamp in 2013. The French label Bisect Bleep Industries released the first pressings of the 2LP version in 2002, with the bonus track "Grimm & Bear It," which was recorded live at Gaba in Los Angeles in 1998. Southern Lord remastered and re-released this version in 2020. "Grimm & Bear It" was later included as a bonus track on the 2005 CD reissue of The Grimmrobe Demos. Sunn O))) used a drum machine and their own vocals for the first time ever on the track "F.W.T.B.T.", an interpretation of Metallica's "For Whom the Bell Tolls".
The Soledad Brothers were an American garage rock trio from Maumee, Ohio. Taking strong influence from blues rock, the band consisted of Ben Swank on drums, Johnny Walker on guitar and vocals, and Oliver Henry on sax and guitar. Scary played all instruments on the album save for the drums, which were played by Jeremy Black of Apollo Sunshine. In live performance Bryan Scary plays with his band, "The Shredding Tears."
