Robert "Bobby" McAllister (born May 8, 1963, in Seattle, Washington) is an American soccer player.
McAllister is recognized in the WSYSA "Best Soccer Ever" History Book in 2012 for his achievements in professional leagues, along with other Washington State Youth players that achieved professional leagues or Nation Team Player pools status. He played for the reserve team of the Seattle Sounders of the North American Soccer League in 1983, and played with the Yakima Reds in the USL for 5 seasons, 1996–2000.
McAllister graduated from Interlake High School where he was an All King County soccer player in 1981. He then played soccer on scholarship at Bellevue Community College where he was the team captain when it went to the 1981 and 1982 Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges state championships. He also was a two-time NWAACC all-star.
McAllister has taken his coaching career to the college ranks as an assistant at Western Washington University in 2001, after two years he left to focus on youth development through the Selah Parks and recreation programs, and started Selah F.C. before becoming a coach with the Yakima Reds USISL. McAllister has served as Technical Director of Player Development and Coaching Education Director for Yakima Youth Soccer Association / Crossfire Yakima, and is the Director of his own Soccer Academy. McAllister is also a regional scout for alliance partnership parent club Crossfire Premier in the Eastern WA region. [1]

Crossfire Redmond, previously the Seattle Wolves and Washington Crossfire, is an American soccer organization based in Seattle, Washington, United States. Founded in 2009, the team plays in the National Premier Soccer League, the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and was formerly in the Premier Development League (PDL) through the 2016 season.

Founded in 2006, the team played in the USL Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, in the Northwest Division of the Western Conference. Bernie James is a former U.S. soccer player and current youth soccer coach. James spent twenty-four years as a professional, both beginning and ending his career with different versions of the Seattle Sounders. He played in the North American Soccer League, Major Indoor Soccer League, American Professional Soccer League and A-League. He served as an assistant coach with the Sounders for seven seasons and as interim head coach for one. He was a member of the U.S. Olympic soccer team which qualified for, but did not play in, the 1980 Summer Olympics due to the United States' boycott in response to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. He also earned two caps with the U.S. national team in 1988.
Neil Megson is a soccer coach and former player who coaches youth soccer. A midfielder, he played two seasons in the North American Soccer League, nine in Major Indoor Soccer League, one in the Continental Indoor Soccer League and six in the USL First Division and its predecessors. He served as head coach to the Seattle Sounders for five seasons, winning the 1995 A-League championship and being named the 2000 USL Coach of the Year. Born in England, he earned two caps with the U.S. national team in 1988. He is the brother of former West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield Wednesday manager Gary Megson.
Dick McCormick is a former American soccer player and current youth soccer coach. McCormick played as a midfielder in six indoor and outdoor leagues over his fourteen-year professional career. He has served as an assistant coach with the Seattle Sounders and head coach of the Sounders W-League women's team in the 2000s. He is currently the Director of Coaching with the Crossfire Premier soccer club.

Originally founded in 2000. it has since grown into a nationally recognized club with boys and girls teams competing in the Elite Clubs National League, winning several national titles. The club is also affiliated with Crossfire Redmond, a semi-professional team that plays in the National Premier Soccer League.
