Brad Owen is an American professional poker player and poker vlogger. He is best known for his poker vlogs which showcase mid- and high-stakes cash games. He is also a part owner and ambassador for the World Poker Tour (WPT).

Early Life and Education

Brad Owen was born and raised in 1988 in Santa Rosa, California. He went to college in San Diego and graduated in 2010 with an accounting degree. He worked at Ernst & Young for 14 months before deciding to pursue poker professionally.

Poker

Owen began playing poker seriously in the mid-2010's. [1] He launched his YouTube channel in 2016, which quickly gained popularity for its well-edited vlogs and easy-to-follow hand breakdowns. As of August 2025, the channel has over 750,000 subscribers and more than 150 million total views. [2]

In March 2022, Owen was signed as a WPT ambassador. [3] In July 2023, he became a minority owner of the WPT, joining its investor group alongside his fellow vlogger and friend, Andrew Neeme.

He has appeared on various streamed and televised poker platforms, including Live at the Bike, Hustler Casino Live, and various WPT events (featured tables, final tables, etc.)

Tournament Results

Owen's first recorded tournament result is from July 2016, where he had a 139th-place finish in a $520 + 80 No Limit Hold'em tournament.

As of August 2025, his total live earnings sum up to over $1.2 million, with his biggest ever result being a 7th-place finish at the $48,500 + 1,500 No Limit Hold'em at WPT Alpha8. [4]

Meetup Games

Owen and Neeme are often credited with popularizing the "meetup game," where fans and viewers of popular poker players are able to play with them in a live setting. [5]
