Alec Mansfield Tidey is a former professional ice hockey right wing. He was drafted in the eighth round, 143rd overall, by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft. He was also drafted by the San Diego Mariners in the 1975 WHA Amateur Draft, and he began his professional career in the World Hockey Association with San Diego. He then moved to the National Hockey League, playing four games in two seasons with the Sabres and five in 1979–80 with the Edmonton Oilers.
James Albert Hargreaves was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman. Hargreaves played junior hockey with the Winnipeg Jets of the Western Canada Hockey League, and was selected in the second round of the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft by the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League. He played 66 games for the Canucks over the next three years, splitting time with their minor league affiliates in the American Hockey League and Western Hockey League. In 1973 he moved to the World Hockey Association (WHA), signing with the professional Winnipeg Jets. After one year in Winnipeg Hargreaves briefly joined the Indianapolis Racers before finishing his career with the San Diego Mariners, finishing with 174 games in the WHA. He retired from hockey in 1976. He died in 2020 at the age of 70.
Craig W. Hanmer was an American professional ice hockey player who played in the World Hockey Association (WHA). He played 27 games with the Indianapolis Racers during the 1974–75 WHA season after being drafted by the Racers in the second round, 17th overall, of the 1974 WHA Amateur Draft. He was also drafted in the third round, 53rd overall, of the 1976 NHL Amateur Draft by the Philadelphia Flyers.
Denis Meloche is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who played in the World Hockey Association (WHA). Drafted in the ninth round of the 1972 NHL Amateur Draft by the California Golden Seals, Meloche opted to play in the WHA after being selected by the Miami Screaming Eagles in the WHA General Player Draft. He played parts of two seasons for the Blazers franchise — which had moved from Miami before their inaugural season — in Philadelphia and Vancouver. Aside from a nine-game stint with the Maine Mariners of the American Hockey League (AHL) he spent his final four professional seasons with the Salt Lake Golden Eagles of the Central Hockey League, where he was named a CHL Second Team All-Star in 1974–75.

Drafted in the fifth round of the 1974 NHL amateur draft by the Boston Bruins, Bateman opted to play in the WHA after being selected by the San Diego Mariners in the fourth round of the 1974 WHA Amateur Draft. He played parts of two seasons for the Mariners.

Drafted in the eighteenth round of the 1974 NHL amateur draft by the New York Islanders, Bye opted to play in the WHA after being selected by the San Diego Mariners in the ninth round of the 1974 WHA Amateur Draft. He played in one game for the Mariners during the 1975–76 WHA season.

Drafted in the third round of the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft by the Detroit Red Wings, Davidson opted to play in the WHA after being selected by the Phoenix Roadrunners in the third round of the 1975 WHA Amateur Draft. He played in two games for the Roadrunners during the 1976–77 WHA season. His son, Matt Davidson, played in the National Hockey League (NHL).

He played for the Cincinnati Stingers during the 1978–79 WHA season. He is the younger brother of Hockey Hall of Famer Steve Shutt.

As a youth, he and teammates Rychard Campeau and Denis Meloche played in the 1963 and 1964 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournaments with minor ice hockey teams in Ville-Émard and Saint-Jean-de-Matha, Quebec.
