As remixers they have a large catalog of hits. They hit #1 on both the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart and the UK Dance Chart in 2002 with the track "It's Gonna Be...(A Lovely Day)", it also reached the position #40 in the United Kingdom. It's a song which featured elements of the 1978 song "Lovely Day" by Bill Withers.
Brancaccio and Aisher also formed the band Suicide Sports Club, and released the album, Electric Mistress, in 2005. The track "2.20 Boy" (an alternative version of the album track "2.20 Girl") was used in the US film, The Invisible .
Aisher has gone on to release solo tracks and remixes. He is completing work on an album with his new band, Go Control. Aisher also writes for Future Music and lectures at Hertfordshire University.

Dead or Alive were an English pop band that released seven albums from 1984 to 2000. Rounding out the quartet were Octavia Lambertis, Gary Michael Wade, and Jamal Alicea. The S.O.U.L. S.Y.S.T.E.M. produced one hit single, "It's Gonna Be a Lovely Day!", a pop/house song that sampled the 1978 Bill Withers song "Lovely Day". The song appeared on the 1992 film soundtrack, The Bodyguard. It reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart, and peaked at number 34 on the Billboard Hot 100, number 16 in the UK Singles Chart in 1993, and number 90 in Australia on the ARIA Chart in 1993. The song "It's Gonna Be a Lovely Day!" was the only song on the soundtrack performed by an artist other than Whitney Houston released as a single in the US.

Bruce Aisher is an English music producer, music technology journalist and lecturer. As one half of the duo Brancaccio & Aisher, he has had club hits for labels including Bedrock, Parlophone and his own Player One Records. Brancaccio & Aisher are known for "It's Gonna Be... " which reached No. 1 in the US Billboard Club Chart and became a UK Top 40 hit. Aisher first began his production career at Cheeky Records with producer Rollo, which led to him working on Dido's platinum-selling No Angel album, on which contributed synthesizer effects and keyboards. Aisher also records and remixes under the alias of Gutterstylz.
Devin Star Tailes, known professionally as Dev, is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, model and radio host. She was discovered by The Cataracs and record label Indie-Pop via Myspace after Dev's friend Shane Crislip posted a video of her singing. DNCE is the self-titled debut studio album by American band DNCE. It was released through Republic Records on November 18, 2016. The album features a sole guest appearance from Kent Jones. It includes three out of four songs from their debut EP, Swaay (2015). As a "dance-oriented pop" album, DNCE also contains influences of new wave, dance-rock, disco, and alternative pop. Lead singer Joe Jonas co-wrote every track on the standard edition of the album with a variety of collaborators including Ilya Salmanzadeh, Rami Yacoub, Mattman & Robin, Justin Tranter, and Sir Nolan.
