SEAT S.A. (, Spanish:[ˈseat]; Sociedad Española de Automóviles de Turismo is a Spanish car manufacturer that sells its vehicles under the SEAT and Cupra brands. It was formed in July 2000 as an Anglo-Italian multinational company, when Finmeccanica and GKN merged their respective helicopter subsidiaries to form AgustaWestland, with each holding a 50% share. Finmeccanica acquired GKN's stake in AgustaWestland in 2004.
The Goodrich Corporation, formerly the B.F. Goodrich Company, was an American manufacturing company based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
