Brendan Jay Young (born 5 May 1992) is a South African cricketer. He plays for the Cape Cobras.
Young, who had a formidable high school cricketing career (Young took 9 wickets and scored 102 in his 100th first team match) at Westerford High School. At the age of 20, Young moved to the KwaZulu-Natal in early 2011, due to the amount of young cricketers graduating to play for the Dolphins. However, after a disappointing season, Young moved to his home side of Western Province and gained a reputation as a genuinely quick and raw pace bowler, as well as a useful lower-order batsman. This led to a contract with the Cape Cobras at the start of the 2012/13 season.
Thami Lungisa Tsolekile is a South African former cricketer who played three Test matches matches for the national side as a wicketkeeper in 2004–05. He was educated in Cape Town at Pinelands High School.
Monde Zondeki is a South African international cricketer who played in five Test matches and ten One Day Internationals. He plays first-class cricket for the Cape Cobras and Western Province. He is a fast bowler.

Hashim Mahomed Amla OIS a South African former international cricketer who played for South Africa in all three formats of the game. Amla holds the record for being the fastest ever to score 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 and 7000 ODI runs. He also became the fastest cricketer to reach 10 ODI centuries. Henry Davids is a South African cricketer. A right-handed batsman and a useful right-arm medium-fast bowler, Davids started his career with the Boland cricket team and then moved to the Nashua Cape Cobras. He performed well in the 2009 Champions League Twenty20 for the Cobras, finishing in the top-ten run-scorers in the competition with 137 runs at a strike-rate of 110.48. Davids then moved to the Nashua Titans at the end of the 2009 season and has had reasonable success, often appearing for the Easterns amateur team. He was appointed first-class captain of the Nashua Titans at the start of the 2012/13 season.

He duly moved back to South Africa to start a cricketing career there. Kleinveldt is also cousin of ex-Protea cricketer Rory Kleinveldt.
Dane Leeroy Piedt is a South African cricketer. He played for the Cape Cobras. He made his Test cricket debut for South Africa against Zimbabwe in August 2014. In March 2020, Piedt announced his retirement from cricket in South Africa, and later moved to the United States.
Abdu Dayyaan Galiem is a South African cricketer who plays for Western Province. Galiem was born in Cape Town, and educated at Rondebosch Boys High School. Playing as an all-rounder, he made his debut for Western Province in September 2015, playing against Easterns in the Africa T20 Cup. In December 2015, Galiem was named in the South African under-19s squad for the 2016 Under-19 World Cup in Bangladesh. He was originally also named in the team for the 2014 World Cup, but was replaced by Bradley Dial prior to the tournament after suffering a knee injury.
The 2020–21 Momentum One Day Cup was a domestic one-day cricket tournament that took place in South Africa in January and February 2021. Six teams took part in the tournament, split into two groups. Dolphins were the defending champions. It was the last season of franchise cricket, after Cricket South Africa announced a revamp to their domestic structure in March 2021.
