Agua Caliente Clippers

On August 1, 2018, Adams was named the head coach after previously serving as a player development coach with the LA Clippers. [2]

Philadelphia 76ers

On November 9, 2020, the Philadelphia 76ers hired Adams as a player development coach under Doc Rivers. [3]

Taipei Mars

On September 14, 2023, the Taipei Taishin Mars named Adams as their new head coach. [4] On December 31, the Taipei Mars announced that Adams resigned from head coach. [5]

Detroit Pistons

On January 4, 2024, the Detroit Pistons named Adams as their new assistant coach. [6]

The 2023–24 T1 League season was the third season of the T1 League, with the Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, Tainan TSG GhostHawks, Taipei Mars, and the Taiwan Beer Leopards participating in this competition. The regular season started on October 28, 2023 and ended on April 28, 2024. The semifinals series started on May 4 and ended on May 14. The finals series started on May 24 and ended on June 1. On June 1, the Taiwan Beer Leopards defeated the Taipei Mars, 4–0, winning the 2023–24 season championship.

The Taipei Taishin Mars are a Taiwanese professional basketball team based in Taipei City. The 2023–24 Taipei Mars season was the franchise's 1st season, its first season in the T1 League. The Mars were coached by Brian Adams in his first year as their head coach, with Lin You-Ting as their general manager. On December 31, the Mars announced that Brian Adams resigned from head coach. On January 3, 2024, the Mars named Hsu Hao-Cheng, the assistant coach of the Taipei Mars, as their interim head coach.

The 2024–25 Taipei Taishin Mars season is the franchise's 2nd season, its first season in the Taiwan Professional Basketball League (TPBL). On August 28, 2024, the Mars promoted Hsu Hao-Cheng, the interim head coach of the Taipei Mars, as their new head coach.
