Green Bay is a city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The county seat of Brown County, it is at the head of Green Bay, a sub-basin of Lake Michigan, at the mouth of the Fox River. As of the 2020 Census, Green Bay had a population of 107,395, making it the third-largest in the state of Wisconsin, after Milwaukee and Madison, and the third-largest city on Lake Michigan, after Chicago and Milwaukee.
The Financial District of Lower Manhattan, also known as FiDi, is a neighborhood located on the southern tip of Manhattan in New York City. It is bounded by the West Side Highway on the west, Chambers Street and City Hall Park on the north, Brooklyn Bridge on the northeast, the East River to the southeast, and South Ferry and the Battery on the south.
The Historic Third Ward is a historic warehouse district located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This Milwaukee neighborhood is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, the Third Ward is home to over 450 businesses and maintains a strong position within the retail and professional service community in Milwaukee as a showcase of a mixed-use district. The neighborhood's renaissance is anchored by many specialty shops, restaurants, art galleries and theatre groups, creative businesses and condos. The American Bank Note Company Building is a five-story building at 70 Broad Street in the Financial District of Manhattan in New York City. The building was designed by architects Kirby, Petit & Green in the neo-classical style, and contains almost 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) of space, with offices and residences on the upper floors. The exterior consists of a main facade on Broad Street with two columns, as well as side facades with pilasters on Beaver and Marketfield Streets.

The Meyer Theatre is a historic theater located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Originally known as the Fox Theatre, the building was constructed in 1929 in the Art Deco and Spanish Colonial Revival architecture styles. Its opening on February 14, 1930, was celebrated with a festival that drew thousands of guests, including several Fox Films officials.
The Chicago and North Western Railway Passenger Depot is a historic building located at 200 Dousman Street in the Broadway District of downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin, formerly served by the Chicago and North Western Railway. At its peak, it served trains such as the Flambeau 400 between Chicago and Ashland. The depot opened in 1899 and regular passenger service ended in 1971. The building was purchased by the Titletown Brewing company in 1996, although they moved out in 2021. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. The Wisconsin Central still uses the track for freight.

Perry E. Crosier (1890-1953) was an architect based in Minnesota, best known for the theatres he designed throughout Minnesota. He also designed apartment complexes and residences. Several of his works are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
