Buckhead Church is a nondenominational Christian church in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, Georgia. Buckhead Church is one of eight locations of North Point Ministries. Andy Stanley is the senior pastor of North Point Ministries, and Joel Thomas is the lead pastor of Buckhead Church.
Buckhead Church was founded on April 29, 2001 as a biweekly meeting called Buckhead Fellowship. Andy Stanley advised the founders and was the first guest speaker. The church officially became affiliated with North Point Ministries in August 2001.[ citation needed ]
The church originally met in the building of Buckhead Baptist Church on Sunday evenings. In 2002, the church moved to the Doubletree Hotel in Buckhead. On Easter 2003, the church moved to a building in Sandy Springs formerly occupied by a Harris Teeter grocery store.[ citation needed ]
From the fall of 2006 through the spring of 2007, Buckhead Church opened a second temporary campus in a movie theater at Atlantic Station. This was known as the "Midtown Gathering."[ citation needed ]
The church held its first services at its current location at Tower Place on May 6, 2007. The 188,000-square-foot (17,500 m2) building houses an auditorium that holds 3,000 seats. [1] [2]
Peachtree Street is one of several major streets running through the city of Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Beginning at Five Points in downtown Atlanta, it runs North through Midtown; a few blocks after entering into Buckhead, the name changes to Peachtree Road at Palisades Road. It Is Written is an internationally broadcast Seventh-day Adventist Christian television program founded in 1956 by George Vandeman. Its title comes from the Gospel of Matthew: "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'" The programs are produced by the Adventist Media Center in California.

Futures Church, formerly Influencers Church, is a Pentecostal church affiliated to the Assemblies of God, with congregations in the state of South Australia, Australia, and in the southern United States. It was founded in Adelaide in 1922. On Easter Sunday of 2023, Influencers Church officially changed their name to Futures Church.

North Point Worship, formerly known as North Point InsideOut, is an American contemporary worship music band from Alpharetta, Georgia. Their group formed at North Point Community Church in 2012, a non-denominational congregation, a church established by Pastor Andy Stanley. The group released, No One Higher in 2012 and Hear in 2015 with North Point Music. Nothing Ordinary: Part 1 released in June 2017 and Nothing Ordinary: Part 2 released in October 2017 were recorded with Centricity Music. Two of those albums both charted on the Billboard magazine charts, with the Hear album placing on the Billboard 200 chart. The group is best known for their 2015 hit "Death Was Arrested" featuring Seth Condrey. It peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard Christian Digital Song Sales for four consecutive weeks.
Union Church is an English speaking, interdenominational church in Hong Kong, which was established in 1844. The latest Union Church building was the 4th generation building. It was located at No. 22A Kennedy Road, Mid-Levels, up the hill from Central and Admiralty, and next to where the Peak Tram bridge intersects with Kennedy Road. Demolition work started in 2017 and a residential building including a church at its base is to be built at the same location.
