Bupwatda Pokop Wushipba is a Nigerian medical consultant with specialty in public health medicine. In 2022, he was substantively appointed the Chief Medical Director of Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH). Until this appointment, he served as the acting chief medical director and the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC), amongst several other positions. [1] [2] [3] [4]
Bupwatda Pokop hails from Kanke, Plateau State. He attended the Boys Secondary School Gindiri before proceeding to the University of Jos. He is married to Dr. Nanbam Gladys Bupwatda with three children. [2]
