CFH Docmail (formerly Continuforms, and Continu-Forms Holdings) is a UK-based multichannel communications company specialising in print, mail, and digital solutions.[ buzzword ] CFH is best known for inventing Docmail, the first Hybrid Mail solution[ buzzword ] in the UK. [1]
CFH Docmail was founded in September 1977 by Geoff Broadway as a family-operated business focusing on lithographic printing. [2] [3] [4] In 1992, CFH began printing electoral documents, which remains a core service, providing millions of postal vote packs, poll cards, and ballot papers for UK elections. By 1999, the company introduced trans-promotional services, integrating customer data with promotional messaging.
In 2008, CFH launched Docmail, the UK's first hybrid mail solution[ buzzword ] that combined online technology with Royal Mail delivery, which allowed users to send single or bulk mailings online. [4] [5] [6]
In October 2011, CFH acquired FST Technologies, a Livingston-based document specialist, [7] and in November 2012, acquired the Slough-based Print For Business (PFB) to expand CFH's local post service in Slough. [8]
In 2015, CFH launched Dotpost, a secure digital document delivery and depository portal designed to help organisations send confidential documents.
