Cairn.info is a French-language web portal, founded in 2005, containing scholarly materials in the humanities and social sciences and recently scientific, technical, and medical sciences. Much of the collection is in French, but it also includes an English-language international interface to facilitate use by non-francophones. Primary research areas include communications, economics, education, geography, history, literature, linguistics, philosophy, political science, law, psychology, sociology, and cultural studies. The site provides gratis open access Lock-green.svg to some publications. [1] [2]

The site originated with materials from four major French and Belgian publishing houses: Éditions Belin, De Boeck  [ fr ], La Découverte  [ fr ] and Éditions Érès  [ fr ]. [3] Bibliothèque nationale de France joined in 2006, followed by Presses universitaires de France (PUF) in 2014 and the Groupe Madrigall (Gallimard, Flammarion) in 2020.It has since expanded to include publications from multiple other publishers, including extensive collections of French-language journals – 150,000 journal articles and 4000 books.

Bull SAS is a French computer company headquartered in Les Clayes-sous-Bois, in the western suburbs of Paris. Comptes rendus de l'Académie des Sciences, or simply Comptes rendus, is a French scientific journal published since 1835. It is the proceedings of the French Academy of Sciences. HEI Lille or École des Hautes Études d’Ingénieur is a private school of engineering located in Lille, France, member of Lille Catholic University and a French Grande École. The school trains students during five years and delivers the diploma of Ingénieur. The diploma is approved both by the State and the CTI. HEI is a member of the Conference des Grandes Ecoles (CGE) guaranteeing the teaching and selectivity in admissions.
