The Football Federation of Belize (FFB), formerly known as the Belize National Football Association (BNFA) and founded in 1980, is the governing body of football in Belize. It is a member of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), CONCACAF, and Union Centroamericana de Fútbol (UNCAF).
Verdes FC is a Belizean association football club which competes in the Premier League of Belize. They are currently based in San Ignacio, Belize, a town situated in the district of Cayo, Belize. The club was established in 1976 as Real Verdes Football Club and changed their name to Hankook Verdes in 2004. They are now known only as Verdes FC, locally being called only Verdes. The club is one of the oldest active professional football teams in Belize and has been in existence since the inception of the Football Federation of Belize. Their home games are played at Norman Broaster Stadium.

Orange Walk People's Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Orange Walk, Belize. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium to Juventus in the Belize Premier Football League of the Football Federation of Belize as well as horse racing and tennis practices. In this stadium is where the annual Cashew Fest is held. Before 2011, it also served as the home stadium to San Felipe Barcelona, also in BPFL.

It is sponsored by the country's national army of the same name. The Belize Defence Force F.C have won the Belize Premier Football League National Championship three times; the 2009–2010 Opening season, the 2009–10 Closing season, and the 2010–11 Opening season.

Nizhee Corozal Football Club is a Belizean football team which currently competes in the Belize Premier Football League (BPFL) of the Football Federation of Belize. It was founded as La Victoria FC in 1985. During the 1998–99 season FC Corozal became Midsouth FC, which later became Sagitun FC; however, San Pedro Dolphins moved its franchise to Corozal Town and became La Victoria Dolphins; then, following season the team was renamed La Victoria. The mid to late 90’s is when the team achieved their peak success. The team boasted the likes of Carlos Baragan, Pelon Barahona, Gerado Campos, Edmund Pandy, Yeyo, Roberto ‘Berti’ Campos. They dominated the Belize Semi-Pro league and were considered a football powerhouse. They shared a bitter rivalry with northern club Juventus and their battles were fierce and epic. The crowd was electrifying whether it was the Santiago Ricalde Stadium or the People’s stadium.

Altitude FC represents the Mid-South Football Association from the Stann Creek District of Belize. Altitude is a young, strong Football Club. Founded in 2013, They have competed in local 1st division competitions. For the past year, they have been competing in the top league in the country! In this short time, they have managed to build one on the biggest fan bases in the country.
