Carlos Arberto Espínola Oviedo (born 25 December 1975) is a retired Paraguayan football defender.
Espínola began his professional career at Paraguayan club Cerro Porteño for three years, winning a national title with them in 1996. He had a brief spell at Mexican powerhouse América in 1999, but returned to Cerro Porteño the next year where he won another national title. Over the next two years, Espínola played for Paraguayan Primera División clubs Libertad and Sport Colombia.
In 2003, Espínola went to Ecuador to play for LDU Quito, where he had considerable success winning a national championship in 2003 and in 2005. In the last game of the 2006 season, Espínola was involved in a melee during a match against Barcelona. During the melee, Espínola kicked Leonardo Soledispa in the face. He received a one-year suspension for his actions.
He returned in 2008 after completing his suspension to play for Deportivo Cali in Colombia and Emelec in Ecuador. In 2009, he returned to LDU Quito where he was an integral member of the squad that won the 2009 Recopa Sudamericana and 2009 Copa Sudamericana.
He played for the Paraguay national team between 2000 and 2004.
Julio César Enciso Ferreira is a Paraguayan association footballer who played as a midfielder. He made 70 appearances for the Paraguay national team between 1995 and 2004, scoring twice.

Club Olimpia is a Paraguayan professional football club based in the city of Asunción. The club was founded on July 25, 1902, by a group of young Paraguayans, and the name stems from the idea of its principal founding member, William Paats, a Dutchman based in Paraguay, who is considered the father of Paraguayan football for having introduced the practice of the sport in the South American country. The 2009 Copa Sudamericana finals was a two-legged football match-up to determine the 2009 Copa Sudamericana champion. It was contested by Ecuadorian club LDU Quito and Brazilian club Fluminense. Both teams were playing in their first Copa Sudamericana finals. The first leg was played in Estadio Casa Blanca in Quito on 25 November, and the host team LDU Quito won 5–1. The second leg was played in Estádio Mário Filho, better known as Maracanã, in Rio de Janeiro on 2 December and the host team Fluminese won 3–0, but LDU Quito won 5–4 on aggregate and was thus crowned the champions. Coincidentally, the finals were a rematch of the 2008 Copa Libertadores finals, which were contested under similar circumstances 17 months prior to the day.
