Celeste Anderson (also known as BiiTTERSWEET [2] ) is a Canadian [3] [4] competitive gamer and reality television personality, known for being the winner of the first season of the TBS reality show King of the Nerds [5] [6] for which she was awarded $100,000.
Celeste Anderson was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1989, and moved to Orillia, Ontario in 1996. [1] Anderson attended the University of Waterloo, where she majored in computer science. [7]
Anderson enjoys speed-solving the Rubik's Cube, for which she has attended several competitions in Canada. Her best WCA official times are 20.78 seconds (single) and 22.27 seconds (3 of 5 average). [8]
Anderson is most well known for her skill in first-person shooter games, notably the Halo series in which she played semi-professionally for some time. She is known as one of Canada's best female video game players. [7]
Anderson competed in and won the first season of TBS's reality TV show King of the Nerds , which aired in 2013. Anderson was a member of the Blextrophy team (formerly the Blue team). [9]
To promote her appearance on that series, she was a guest on the late-night TV talk show Conan on February 12, 2013. [10] She later made a cameo appearance in the second-season premiere of the show.[ citation needed ]

Howard Michael Mandel is a Canadian comedian, television personality, actor, and producer. Mandel is known for voicing Gizmo in the 1984 film Gremlins and the 1990 sequel Gremlins 2: The New Batch, playing rowdy ER resident Dr. Wayne Fiscus on the NBC medical drama St. Elsewhere, and creating and starring in the Fox children's cartoon Bobby's World. Splatalot! is a medieval-themed physical game show which premiered in Canada on Corus Entertainment's YTV on 14 March 2011, hosted by Jason Agnew and Matt Chin. Hollywood Game Night is an American television game show that aired on NBC from July 11, 2013, to July 5, 2020. The series, which is hosted by Jane Lynch, follows two contestants who take part in a casual game night with three celebrities each, making the main episode a game between two four-player teams. Five games are played on each episode, with teams accumulating points based on their performance in each of the games. After the fifth game, the contestant on the team with the most points competes in a bonus round with one of the episode's celebrities. Opposite Worlds was an American reality game show that originally aired on the cable channel Syfy. The format of the show was based on the successful Chilean series Mundos Opuestos which aired from 2012 to 2013 on the national free-to-air channel Canal 13. The series revolved around a group of strangers divided into two teams, and made to live in a house divided by "future" and "past" themes. The teams competed in weekly challenges to determine where they would live. One contestant, known as the Decider, selected two contestants to compete in a challenge, with the loser being eliminated from the game. The winner of the series, determined after six weeks, won a $100,000 prize. The series was hosted by Luke Tipple. The show premiered on January 21, 2014 and aired on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the latter being a live elimination episode. The show was cancelled after one season.

The Sims Spark'd is a reality competition television series that premiered on the TBS network on July 17, 2020. The first season of the series, filmed from December 9 to 14, 2019, features 12 contestants, selected from those known to feature The Sims in their online gaming channels, tasked with challenges within The Sims 4 to create characters and stories following the challenge's themes and limitations.
