Chalapaka Prakash is a Telugu writer [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] and cartoonist. He is the founder and editor of Ramyabharathi, a quarterly Telugu literary magazine, [6] and General Secretary of Rachayitala Sangham, Andhra Pradesh. [7]
