The Chaldean Catholic Eparchy of Sulaimaniya was a Chaldean Catholic (Eastern Catholic, Chaldean Rite) eparchy (diocese) in Iraqi Kurdistan.

Iraqi Kurdistan, officially called the Kurdistan Region of Iraq by the Iraqi constitution, is an autonomous region located in northern Iraq. The eparchy was established on 7 March 1968.

It never had a proper eparch (bishop), only apostolic administrators ('ad interim').

On 11 July 2013, it was suppressed, its title and territory being merged into the Metropolitan Chaldean Catholic Archeparchy of Kirkuk–Sulaimaniya.

The Chaldean Catholic Church is an Eastern Catholic particular church in full communion with the Holy See and the rest of the Catholic Church, with the Chaldean Patriarchate having been originally formed out of the Church of the East in 1552.
