Chandra Imam Ali High School and College is a secondary school at Chandra, in Faridganj Upazila of Chandpur District, Bangladesh. [1] It is located near Chandra Bazaar with a riverside position east of the Dakatia River. [2]
It was founded as a primary school in 1882 by local landowner Karimbox Patwari. He named it in memory of his father. It was upgraded to a middle English school in 1902. [3] It became Chandra Imam Ali High School in 1918, and adopted its present name when higher secondary classes were added in 1994. [4]
