Paul Hunter (director) American director

Paul Hunter is an American film director, screenwriter, and music video director. He has directed over 100 music videos, television advertisements and was nominated for an Emmy for Nike's Freestyle commercial. Bodyslam (band)

Bodyslam is a Thai pop-rock band. The band is best known by the unique voice of the leading vocalist, Athiwara "Toon" Khongmalai, and the band's live performances.

Golf & Mike

Golf & Mike, more often credited in Thailand as Golf-Mike, is a Thai pop duo artist consisting of brothers Pichaya "Golf" Nitipaisalkul and Pirat "Mike" Nitipaisalkul, formed under Thailand's biggest entertainment company, GMM Grammy.

Eve Pancharoen, well known by her stage name Palmy, is a Thai pop singer, who has recorded and released several albums including concert DVDs on the GMM Grammy label beginning with her self-titled solo debut, Palmy, in 2001. Palmy has explored a variety of popular music styles on each of her four solo albums, and has collaborated with the Thai ska band T-Bone to create experimental renditions of her hits Though her solo recording was Beautiful Ride in 2006, she has continued to perform live with T-Bone, and has appeared as a guest vocalist at other concerts and music festivals. She is primarily successful in Asia, but she has also performed in Australia and the United Kingdom. She is of Belgian, Mon and Thai descent.

4Music British free-to-air television channel

4Music is a British television channel launched on 15 August 2008, replacing The Hits. It is the only Channel 4-branded channel within The Box Plus Network. Its programming focuses on music. It broadcasts from 07:00 to 03:00 daily with music and entertainment programming.

Witwisit Hiranyawongkul

Witwisit Hiranyawongkul, popularly nicknamed "Pchy" (Thai: พิช,, is a Thai actor and singer. He is best known for his first leading role as Mew in the 2007 hit film The Love of Siam, which won several newcomer awards and propelled him to fame in Thailand and throughout Asia.

Mnet Asian Music Awards

The Mnet Asian Music Awards is a major South Korean music awards ceremony presented annually by entertainment company CJ E&M. The majority of prizes are awarded to K-pop artists, though some prizes are awarded to other Asian artists. The awards ceremony was first held in Seoul in 1999 and aired on Mnet. MAMA has been held outside of South Korea between 2010 and 2017 and now airs internationally.

Muz-TV

Muz-TV is a Russian music TV channel, broadcasting since 1996. It is largely modelled after western MTV and predates launching of MTV Russia in 1998. Muz TV was founded by Sergey Lisovskiy. The general director of Muz-TV is Arman Davletarov. Today Muz-TV is owned by UTH Russia, which is, in turn, 49% owned by mtv.

Strings (band)

Strings are a Pakistani pop rock band composed of two members, plus four live band members from Karachi, Pakistan. The band was initially formed by four college students—Bilal Maqsood, Faisal Kapadia (vocals), Rafiq Wazir Ali (synthesizer) and Kareem Bashir Bhoy —in 1988. In 1992 the quartet disbanded, only to make a comeback with Maqsood and Kapadia in 2000. While the initial band rode the new wave of Pakistani pop music, the later lineup ushered a revival in the Pakistani music industry.

Singular is a band from Thailand. The group includes "Sin", a singer-songwriter who has performed with the Bangkok Opera, and "Nut", the band's guitarist who won a gold medal at the national guitar awards). Their musical character is likened to the Metro-Acoustic style.

Hum Awards are annual Pakistani accolades bestowed by the Hum Network Limited in recognition of excellence in programming of television, fashion and music industry of Pakistan. Winners are awarded the Hum Award of Merit. The awards were first presented in 2013 at a ceremony held at the Karachi Expo Centre.
