Sweetwater is 15 minutes by car southeast of Zolfo Springs, Florida, and is bordered by U.S. 17 to the west, SR 66 to the North, and the unincorporated communities of Crewsville to the east and Fish Branch/Gardner to the South. It contains a significant portion of the Oak Creek watershed and borders on the Charley Creek watershed, both of which empty into Peace River. For many years, Sweetwater was the location of Hardee County’s only lake, Lake Frances, which is privately owned. Sweetwater is only 15 minutes from Highlands Hammock State Park, and 20 minutes by car from Highlands County, and the city of Sebring, which offers regional shopping, recreational and medical centers.

Black Creek is a 13.0-mile-long (20.9 km) tributary of the St. Johns River. It is located in Clay County, Florida. Black Creek has two major tributaries; North Fork Black Creek and South Fork Black Creek. North Fork originates as an outflow from Kingsley Lake and flows north and then east through Camp Blanding and Jennings State Forest, meeting South Fork in Middleburg, Florida. North Fork Black Creek has Yellow Water Creek and Big Branch as its main tributaries. South Fork Black Creek is fed by areas of wetlands and numerous small streams. The confluence of North Fork Black Creek and South Fork Black Creek near Middleburg form the main channel of Black Creek.

Billy's Creek is a creek in Fort Myers, Florida. It is a tributary of the Caloosahatchee River and contains mangrove vegetation. The creek was named after the Seminole chief Billy Bowlegs who was forced to surrender there by United States forces in 1858. Billy's Creek has its beginnings as meandering water from a canal and is unique in that it is a scenic urban waterway and part of the Calusa Blueway. Joint efforts to improve water quality from various government agencies allowed the construction of the Billy's Creek Filter Marsh and adjacent nature park. This waterway is maintained by the Friends of Billy's Creek, a volunteer group in Lee County.

Econfina Creek River in the Florida Panhandle, United States

Econfina Creek is a small river in the middle Florida Panhandle. It flows through hilly country, and has sections of whitewater rapids. Much of its flow comes from springs. The river ends at Deer Point Lake, a reservoir that provides the freshwater supply for Panama City and much of Bay County.

The Village of Charlie Creek is an unincorporated community in eastern Hardee County, Florida. In at least three websites the community is called Charlie Creek Mobile Home Estates and in one it is called Charlie Creek Mobile Estates. The Village of Charlie Creek is 0.5 miles (0.80 km) west of Charlie Creek. It is 0.25 miles (0.40 km) wide, and depending on what area is included, either 0.50 miles (0.80 km) or 0.76 miles (1.22 km) long. It has eight platted street blocks and a large area to the north that is unplatted. This north area accounts for the longer length that could be considered part of the settlement. The village is bounded on the south by Highway 64, on the east by Morgan Grice Road and citrus trees and grazing land, on the north by grazing land, and on the west by citrus orchards and grazing land.

Deep Creek State Forest (DCSF) is a 380-acre state forest 11 miles north of St. Augustine, Florida in St. Johns County, Florida. Deep Creek State Forest is located on both sides of Deep Creek, for which it is named. The state forest is west of the Guana River Wildlife Management Area across the Intracoastal Waterway.
