Chef Vola's is an Italian restaurant in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Established in 1921, the restaurant was named one of "America's Classics" by the James Beard Foundation in 2011. [1]

Quince is a restaurant in the Jackson Square neighborhood in San Francisco, California. Opened in 2003 by chef Michael Tusk and his wife, Lindsay, in Pacific Heights, the restaurant moved to their current location in Jackson Square, which is next door to sister restaurant, Cotogna. Catherine Treboux was the previous owner. Her father, Robert Treboux, bought the restaurant in 1985. In 1968, Craig Claiborne of The New York Times gave the restaurant a four-star review.
