Chemical Sound recording studio, was located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Established in 1992, at 81 Portland Street by Murray B Mitchell artist, producer and producer engineer, Daryl Smith [1] (often assisted by Ian Blurton [ citation needed ]), as a "no-frills" operation, focusing on a large selection of vintage (circa 1960 and 1970s) recording equipment, API mixing consoles, and professional resources necessary for a best outcome. [2] The tube mics, live room, sound formant, and burlap baffled walls were some of the expertise. Clients at that time included Nelly Furtado, Joan Osborne, Noel Ellis, Daniel Lanois, Peter Moore, Our Lady Of Peace, Rusty, Sucker Punch, Big Sugar, Boot Sauce, Bare Naked Ladies, Starvin Hungry, Big Wreck and more. The phone number "416-971-9635" was in both the White pages and Yellow pages directories for the stated 92-96 period, Mitchell and Chemical Sound, hard copy.[ citation needed ]
The studio's original location was razed, making way for a real estate development and condominium project. The studio subsequently relocated to Riverdale, Toronto, eventually acquired by Dean Marino and Jay Sadlowski. [3] In February 2012, Chemical Sound announced it was closing its operation but would honor bookings already scheduled. [4]

Herman's Hermits are an English rock and pop group formed in 1964 in Manchester and fronted by singer Peter Noone. Happiness... Is Not a Fish That You Can Catch is the third studio album by Canadian alternative rock band Our Lady Peace. It was released on September 21, 1999, by Columbia Records. The album was very successful in Canada, debuting at #1 on the Canadian Albums Chart. The album was certified 3× Platinum in July 2001. Hit singles from the album include "One Man Army", "Annie", "Is Anybody Home?", and "Thief". The final track on the CD, "Stealing Babies", features Elvin Jones, a prominent post-bop jazz drummer. The photo shoot for this album took place around Staten Island in New York State.

Busted is the eleventh studio album released by Cheap Trick, which was released in 1990 and peaked at number 44 on the US album charts. After the success of "The Flame" from the previous album Lap of Luxury, the band recorded Busted with a similar format, especially on the single "Can't Stop Fallin' into Love."
