Cheung Shek, formerly called Cheung Shan, is one of the 17 constituencies in the Tsuen Wan District. The constituency returns one district councillor to the Tsuen Wan District Council, with an election every four years.
Cheung Shek constituency is loosely based on Cheung Shan Estate and part of the Shek Wai Kok Estate with estimated population of 13,351. [3]

Kwai Tsing is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It consists of two parts - Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi Island. Kwai Tsing is part of the New Territories. It had a population of 520,572 in 2016. The district has the third least educated residents and their income is below average.
Tsuen Wan District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It is located in the New Territories and is served by the Tsuen Wan line of the MTR metro system. Its area is 60,7 km². Its residents, who mostly live in Tsuen Wan Town, enjoy the highest income in the New Territories.

It is the poorest district in Hong Kong, with a predominantly working-class population of 405,869 in 2016 and the lowest median household income of all districts. Sham Shui Po has long been home to poorer new immigrants from mainland China. Indi Home is a skyscraper located in the Tsuen Wan district of the New Territories in Hong Kong. The tower rises 56 floors and 212 metres (696 ft) in height. The building was completed in 2005. It was developed by Chinese Estates Groups under the name of its subsidiary Kwong Sang Hong Limited. IndiHome, which stands as the joint 45th-tallest building in Hong Kong, is composed almost entirely of residential units, of which there are 950; the lower floors also have retailing space. The structure has a total floor area of 54,000 square metres (580,000 sq ft).

Cheung Shan Estate is a public housing estate located between Shek Wai Kok Estate and Lei Muk Shue Estate, and near Shing Mun Valley Park and Shing Mun Tunnels in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Formerly the site of Cheung Pei Shan Temporary Housing Area, it consists of three residential buildings completed in 1978.
Shek Wai Kok Estate is a public housing estate in Shek Wai Kok, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Shing Mun Valley and Luk Yeung Sun Chuen. It consists of 8 residential buildings completed in 1980 to 1982.
Bo Shek Mansion is a Flat-for-Sale Scheme public housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong located at the reclaimed land in Sha Tsui Road. It now consists of 3 residential buildings, built in 1996 by Hong Kong Housing Society. It, in total, offers 268 units for rental use and 400 units for the Flat-for-Sale Scheme. Its name in Chinese, literally "Precious Stones Estate" in English, was derived from the nearby Shek Pik San Tsuen. The original estate was demolished in 1992, and 3 buildings, which stand today, were rebuilt at the site in 1996.
Nam Shan Estate is a public housing estate in Shek Kip Mei, Hong Kong, located near Tai Hang Tung Estate, Tai Hang Sai Estate, Yau Yat Tsuen and City University of Hong Kong. The estate is located at Shek Kip Mei and was formerly called "Kowloon Tsai". It comprises 8 residential blocks built in 1977. The apartments are self-contained units with private kitchen and toilet facilities.

Cheung Pei Shan Road is a road near Cheung Pei Shan in Tsuen Wan and Sheung Kwai Chung of Hong Kong. It links the north edge of town centre of Tsuen Wan New Town to Shing Mun, from Tsuen Kam Interchange with Route Twisk, Tai Ho Road North, Wai Tsuen Road and Texaco Road North to the entrance of the Shing Mun Tunnels. The road is part of Route 9.
