The Chief of Staff to the Speaker, House of Representatives, Federal Republic of Nigeria is a key administrative position responsible for assisting the Speaker of the House of Representatives in managing administrative affairs, coordinating activities, and facilitating communication within the office and with Ministries, Departments and Agencies of government.

The position was created by President Olusegun Obasanjo in 1999, modelled after the White House Chief of Staff; and its duties are assigned by the President but primarily focused on managing the flow of information and people; advising the president on various issues – through these roles the position wields considerable influence.

The 2023 Nigerian House of Representatives elections were held on 25 February 2023 where voters elected members of the House of Representatives using first-past-the-post voting in all 360 federal constituencies. The last regular House elections for all districts were in 2019.

Timi Frank is a Nigerian politician and a former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). He was suspended from the party in 2016 after criticizing the national chairman of the party and his opposition to the party's nominated candidates in the 2015 National Assembly leadership election which led to the party losing to the renegade members. Frank currently serves as United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) – an Indonesian Colony ambassador to East Africa and the Middle East.
