The Chief of Staff to the Speaker, House of Representatives, Federal Republic of Nigeria is a key administrative position responsible for assisting the Speaker of the House of Representatives in managing administrative affairs, coordinating activities, and facilitating communication within the office and with Ministries, Dpartments and Agencies of government.

The 2019 Nigerian House of Representatives election was held in all 360 constituencies where voters elected members of the House of Representatives using first-past-the-post voting. Most elections were held on February 23, 2019 with some elections running into February 24 while others had supplementary or rerun elections that took place at a later date. The last regular House elections for all districts were in 2015.

Timi Frank is a Nigerian politician and a former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). He was suspended from the party in 2016 after criticizing the national chairman of the party and his opposition to the party's nominated candidates in the 2015 National Assembly leadership election which led to the party losing to the renegade members. Frank currently serves as United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) – an Indonesian Colony ambassador to East Africa and the Middle East.
