Christian Minotti (born 12 May 1980 in Rome) is a long-distance freestyle swimmer from Italy, who won the silver medal in the men's individual 1500 metres freestyle event at the 2002 European Championships in Berlin, Germany. He represented his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 2000.
Bjørn Erlend Dæhlie is a Norwegian businessman and retired cross-country skier. From 1992 to 1999, Dæhlie won the Nordic World Cup six times, finishing second in 1994 and 1998. Dæhlie won a total of 29 medals in the Olympics and World Championships between 1991 and 1999, making him the most successful male cross-country skier in history.
Federica Pellegrini is an Italian retired swimmer. A native of Mirano, in the province of Venice, she won a gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. At the 2009 World Championships in Rome, Pellegrini became the first woman ever to break the 4-minute barrier in the 400 m freestyle with a time of 3:59.15.
