Clarine Miranda Harp [1] (born January 5, 1978) is an American voice actress and director who is known for her works at the Blu-ray, DVD, and video production departments at Funimation. [2]

Her performance as Hibari Ginza in the 2006-2007 release of Speed Grapher won her an ADR Award as "Actress of the Month" for October 2006 [3] as voted by members of the websites Dub Review and Anime on DVD.

Harp is also the inspiration for Aubrey Chorde, one of the main characters in the webcomic Something Positive by her friend R.K. Milholland. [4] He claims he decided to make the comic after she told him to do "something positive" with his life. She lives and works in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex area of Texas. Her hobbies include knitting, crafts and collecting oddities, including creatively styled taxidermy.

Speed Grapher is a 2005 anime series produced by Gonzo. The series ran for 24 episodes from April to October 2005 on TV Asahi. It tells the story of former war photographer, Tatsumi Saiga and his quest to save Kagura Tennōzu from Chōji Suitengu and the members of a fetish club, the Roppongi Club. In 2006, the series was licensed for release in North America by Funimation and aired on the Independent Film Channel between March 7 and August 15, 2008.

<i>Burst Angel</i> Japanese anime series

Burst Angel is a Japanese anime television series directed by Koichi Ohata, from a screenplay by Fumihiko Shimo. It was produced by the Gonzo animation studio. Burst Angel takes place in the near future, after a rise in criminal activity forced the Japanese government to allow citizens to possess firearms and establish the Recently Armed Police of Tokyo (RAPT). The series follows a band of four mercenaries, named Jo, Meg, Sei, and Amy. It was broadcast for 24-episodes on TV Asahi from April to September 2004. An original video animation (OVA), titled Burst Angel: Infinity, was released in 2007.

John Burgmeier is an American voice actor and ADR Script Writer who works for FUNimation Entertainment and specialises in English dubbed anime. As a voice actor, he is best known as the voice of Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho, Tien from the Dragon Ball series, Shigure Sohma from Fruits Basket, Eyes Rutherford from Spiral, and Switzerland from Hetalia: Axis Powers. Burgmeier is also the son of voice actress Linda Young. Burgmeier was the Head Writer at FUNimation for several years before retiring from the role in 2018. During his tenure he worked as Head Writer for the English Dub version of One Piece and voiced several minor characters.
