The Clay County Fairgrounds, officially known as the Paul E. Reinhold Agricultural Fairgrounds, are fairgrounds located in Green Cove Springs, in Clay County, Florida, United States.

Located on 28 acres (110,000 m2) first donated to the county by Paul and Klare Reinhold in 1972, [1] the site hosts the annual Clay County Agricultural Fair, which was first held in 1987. [2] The fairgrounds contain several indoor and outdoor venues, one of which was the intended home to the Green Cove Lions of the National Indoor Football League in 2007. [3]

The National Indoor Football League (NIFL) was a professional indoor football league in the United States. For their first six years, the league had teams in markets not covered by either the Arena Football League or its developmental league, AF2, however, that changed briefly with their expansion into AFL markets such as Atlanta, Denver, and Los Angeles, and AF2 markets such as Fort Myers and Houston. Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur, Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson, New Orleans Saints quarterback John Fourcade and Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl running back Bam Morris, all played in the NIFL. The league folded in 2008.

The Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Coliseum was a multi-purpose arena located in Jacksonville, Florida. Built in 1960 and known as "northern Florida's most historic concert venue", it was home to most of the city's indoor professional sports teams and it hosted various concerts, circuses, and other events. It was demolished in 2003 and replaced with the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.

The Alameda County Fairgrounds is a 270-acre (110 ha) facility located in Pleasanton, California. It is home to the annual Alameda County Fair, held since 1912, as well as numerous trade shows and community events. Located on its grounds, the Pleasanton Fairgrounds Racetrack was built in 1858, making it the oldest one-mile (1.6 km) horse racing track in the United States. There is a 3,000 seat amphitheater, as well as a 9-hole golf course located within the track's infield.

The confluence of North Fork Black Creek and South Fork Black Creek near Middleburg form the main channel of Black Creek.

South Florida Fair Annual city fair in West Palm Beach, Florida

The South Florida Fair is an annual fair held in West Palm Beach, Florida, every January. The fairgrounds site occupies 100 acres and is located on the site of the former Palm Beach Speedway at the intersection of Southern Boulevard and Fairground Road, adjacent to the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre. In 2012, the fairground celebrated its 100th anniversary since its opening in 1912. Nearly 500,000 people attend the South Florida Fair each year.

Military Museum of North Florida

The Military Museum of North Florida is a museum of military artifacts in Green Cove Springs, Clay County, Florida. The museum includes ship models, military vehicles, uniforms, weapons, equipment, and flags. Established in 2007, the museum is located at 1 Bunker Ave. at the corner of State Road 16.

Clay County Historical Museum

The Clay County Historical Society Museum is located in Green Cove Springs, Clay County, Florida. It is located in a former trail depot. Exhibits include railroad memorabilia, a country kitchen display and a country store display. It is operated by the Clay County Historical Society. The museum is located at 915 Walnut Street in the Historical Triangle which also includes the 1896 county jail and 1890 courthouse at Walnut Street and Ferris Street.
