Olustee Battlefield Historic State Park is a Florida State Park in the Osceola National Forest, near the town of Olustee. The site of Florida's largest Civil War battle, the Battle of Olustee. The park is located 50 miles (80 km) west of Jacksonville and 15 miles (24 km) east of Lake City, on U.S. 90. It also has the distinction of being the first park in the Florida State Park system.
The Valencia Subdivision Residential District is a historic district in Rockledge, Florida. It runs from 14 through 140 Valencia Road, 825 through 827 Osceola Drive and 24 through 28 Orange Avenue, encompasses approximately 100 acres (40 ha), and contains 54 historic buildings and 2 objects. On August 21, 1992, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Kissimmee Historic District is a U.S. historic district located in Kissimmee, Florida. The district is bounded by Aultman Street, Monument Avenue, Penfield Street and Randolph Avenue. It contains 189 historic buildings.
The Osceola County Courthouse is a historic courthouse in Kissimmee, Florida, located at 2 Courthouse Square. On August 16, 1977, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The First United Methodist Church is a historic site in Kissimmee, Florida. It is located at 215 East Church Street. On January 3, 1994, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Old Holy Redeemer Catholic Church is a historic site in Kissimmee, Florida. It is located at 120 North Sproule Avenue. On January 3, 1994, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Grand Army of the Republic Memorial Hall is an historic building located at 1101 Massachusetts Avenue in St. Cloud, Florida, in the United States. The city of St. Cloud had been founded by the Grand Army of the Republic or GAR, as a retirement colony for its members. The hall was built in 1914 by members of the GAR as a memorial to the Union Army veterans of the Civil War. It was one of many such halls built in the country. On February 21, 1997, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Desert Inn and Restaurant is a historic site in Yeehaw Junction, Florida, United States. It is located at 5570 South Kenansville Road, next to SR 60. On January 3, 1994, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
Governor Stone is a historic schooner, built in 1877, in Pascagoula, Mississippi. She is the only surviving two-masted coasting cargo schooner built on the Gulf Coast of the United States, and is only one of five such surviving US-built ships. On 4 December 1991, she was added to the US National Register of Historic Places. One year later, the schooner was designated a US National Historic Landmark. She is presently berthed at Saint Andrews Marina in Panama City, Florida, where she is maintained by a nonprofit group. Sailing tours are regularly scheduled.
The Lyric Theatre is an historic theater located at 59 South West Flagler Avenue near Confusion Corner in Stuart, Florida. The building fronts on its north side on South West Osceola Street. Built to serve as a movie house, it is now used primarily as a stage and music venue. Additions were made on the west side to provide back stage space for these new uses. The additions also face on both streets. On November 12, 1993, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Clewiston Historic Schools are two historic schools in Clewiston, Florida. They are located at 325 East Circle Drive and 475 East Osceola Avenue. On September 26, 1997, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Maher Building, also known as the Illinois Hotel, is a historic building in Vero Beach, Florida. Originally located at 1423 Osceola Boulevard, now 20th Street, the Maher Building housed the Maher department store owned by William J. and Catherine Maher. The store retained a reasonable reputation throughout the city for offering apparel at "pleasing prices". Although no lives were lost when the original store building burned down in November 1919, the tragedy resulted in its complete loss. After Maher recovered from the damages, he reordered stock from St. Louis and commissioned a new brick and concrete structure on the building's original site. On October 28, 1994, this structure was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Osceola Apartment Hotel is a historic hotel in Miami Springs, Florida. It is located at 200 Azure Way. On November 1, 1985, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Comstock-Harris House is a historic home in Winter Park, Florida. It is located at 724 Bonita Drive. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 13, 1983.
The Woman's Club of Winter Park is a historic woman's club in Winter Park, Florida. It is located at 419 Interlachen Avenue. On May 4, 1995, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
Built in 1915, the Old Tarpon Springs City Hall is a historic site in Tarpon Springs, Florida. It is located at 101 South Pinellas Avenue. On August 10, 1990, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by renowned architect Ernest Ivey Cook in the neoclassical style.
