Come Shine is a Norwegian jazz band, established 2001 in Trondheim.
Their eponymously titled debut album was released in 2001 on Curling Legs, and was followed by a later studio album, Do Do That Voodoo, and a live album, Come Shine with the Norwegian Radio Orchestra in Concert.
Come Shine has a long history at the Kongsberg Jazz Festival, where they this summer again is on the playlist. [1] They also played at the Norwegian National Jazz Scene, Victoria, in Oslo. [2]

Christian Wallumrød is a Norwegian jazz musician and composer, and is considered one of the most prominent musicians of the younger Norwegian generation, known from releases with his own Christian Wallumrød Ensemble on the German label ECM Records, while regularly touring and appearing in festivals in Norway, elsewhere in Scandinavia and Europe, and in the US. He is the brother of jazz vocalist Susanna Wallumrød and the drummer Fredrik Wallumrød, and cousin to the pianist David Wallumrød.
Erlend Fredrik Skomsvoll is a Norwegian jazz musician, band leader, composer and arranger, known from his own band Skomsork and the band Wibutee with Live Maria Roggen, Madrugada, and Kaizers Orchestra. He has also cooperated with Nils Petter Molvær, Chick Corea and Pat Metheny.

Elephant9 is a Norwegian progressive/neo-psychedelic/jazz-rock trio which formed in 2006 under the name Storløkken/Eilertsen/Lofthus, for the members of the band, namely Ståle Storløkken (keyboard), Nikolai Eilertsen (bass) and Torstein Lofthus (drums), but changed the name to Elephant9 after the first year together.
Curling Legs Productions A/S is a Norwegian record label with a catalogue encompassing all styles of jazz and improvised music. It was started by Knut Værnes and Morten Halle to release their own music. In 1994, Odin Records was licensed to Curling Legs from the Norwegian Jazz Forum, to continue the production of Norwegian jazz. In addition to Værnes and Halle, the third co-owner of Curling Legs is Helge Westbye, the director of the record label Grappa Music, and the label is part of FONO. The music is distributed through the company Musikkoperatørene.
Øyvind Brække is a Norwegian jazz musician (trombone), composer, music arranger and band leader, best known for Bodega Band and S. Møller Storband. He was the initiator of the popular and still active band The Source, who released several albums, and made contributions to dozens of recordings with musicians like Chick Corea, Eirik Hegdal, Per Zanussi, Erlend Skomsvoll, Trondheim Jazz Orchestra, Knut Kristiansen, Jacob Young, Trygve Seim, Per Oddvar Johansen, Mathilde Grooss Viddal, Dingobats, Sverre Gjørvad, Motorpsycho, FriEnsemblet and Come Shine.
