The SFU Athletics or Simon Fraser Athletics teams represent Simon Fraser University (SFU) in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. They are members of NCAA Division II and are the only Canadian university affiliated with the U.S.-based National Collegiate Athletic Association. The teams previously used the names "Clansmen" and "Clan," but the names were retired in 2020 and a new team name will be selected.
Concordia University was a private Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS) university in Portland, Oregon, that closed in Spring 2020. One remaining program, the accelerated bachelor's degree in nursing, continues to operate under another Concordia University System school.

Daniel Birkey is an American soccer coach who has worked in the game at the club, collegiate and professional levels. He was the head men's soccer coach at Concordia University, Portland until April 2020 when the University Board of Directors announced that they were ceasing operations due to irreversible financial hardship. Upon Concordia's shift to NCAA DII in 2015, Birkey was the 10th all-time winningest men's soccer coach in NAIA history.

WWU has been an official member of NCAA Division II since September 1998.
