James Whitlow Delano is an American reportage photographer based in Tokyo, Japan. His photographs have shown in galleries and museums on five continents and are held in the permanent collections of La Triennale Museum of Art, and the Museo Fotografia Contemporanea both in Milan (Italy) and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Texas.
Annemarie Heinrich was a German-born naturalized Argentine photographer, who specialized in portraits and nude photographs. Heinrich is considered one of Argentina's most important photographers.
Sara Facio is an Argentine photographer. She is best known for having photographed, along with Alicia D'Amico, various cultural personalities, including Argentine writers Julio Cortázar, María Elena Walsh and Alejandra Pizarnik. Facio also was instrumental in establishing a publishing house for photographic work in Latin America and for the creation of a prominent photographic exhibition space in Argentina.

Marilyn Jean Stafford was a British photographer. Born and raised in the United States, she moved to Paris as a young woman, where she began working as a photojournalist. She settled in London, but travelled and worked across the world, including in Tunisia, India, and Lebanon. Her work was published in The Observer and other newspapers. Stafford also worked as a fashion photographer in Paris, where she photographed models in the streets in everyday situations, rather than in the more usual opulent surroundings.
The Siena International Photo Awards (SIPAContest) is a photography competition for professional, amateur and student photographers from around the world. It is judged by an international panel of experts that includes renowned photographers, editors and photography collectors. First presented in 2015, by their second year the awards and the associated Siena Awards Festival in Siena, Italy, were considered prestigious.
The National Prize for Journalism, part of the National Prize of Chile, has been awarded since 1954. It was created by Law 11479 in 1953. It was granted annually until 1972, when Law 17595 changed it to a biennial prize.

Alicia D’Amico was an Argentine photographer. She was born in Buenos Aires, where her family had a photographic business. She ran a very productive studio with Sara Facio for twenty years. She published photography books and for the last twenty years of her life she focused on feminist issues and personal projects about the role of women in photography. She dedicated her entire life to photography, and she became a leading figure in Argentine photography.
Constanza Belén Herrero Parada, is an Australian-Chilean singer, songwriter, and actress. Constanza first gained recognition as a teenager after becoming a member of the MTV award winner band Six Pack performing at Viña del Mar International Song Festival under the artist name “Kota” and starring in the TV Series Karkú, which was broadcast by Nickelodeon. She won the John Lennon Songwriting Contest 2018 Grand Prize and Lennon Award with her original song “Me Voy”. In 2007 she released independently her first original songs in an EP called “Actúa Hoy” under the artist name “Kota”.
Solmaz Daryani is an Iranian photographer and visual artist based in the UK and Iran. Her work is particularly known for exploring the themes of climate security, climate change, water crisis, the human identity and environment in the Middle East. Daryani is a member of Women Photograph and Diversify Photo.
Fatoumata Diabaté is a Malian photographer from Bamako.
The Cirilo Rodríguez Journalism Award is an award given annually by the Segovia Press Association (APS), in collaboration with the Federation of Journalist Associations of Spain (FAPE). It "is destined to publicly recognize the best work of a correspondent or special envoy of a Spanish media outlet abroad" during the preceding year, and the jury "can contemplate the trajectory of the candidate" throughout their professional career. The winner receives a prize of €6,000 and a glass trophy named Lente de la tierra, made by the Real Fábrica de Cristales de La Granja.
