Crobot is an American hard rock band from Pottsville, Pennsylvania, composed of Brandon Yeagley, Chris Bishop, Dan Ryan and Pat Seals. Formed in 2011, the band has released five studio albums.
In mid-2011, Brandon Yeagley and Chris Bishop created Crobot, joined later by brothers Paul and Jake Figueroa, who previously performed similar styles of music in another band. [1] In 2012 the band's original lineup self-released their debut EP, The Legend of the Spaceborne Killer, along with a music video for the eponymous first single. Later that year, the rhythm section of the band was revamped with the addition of the Figueroa brothers on bass and drums. The Figueroa brothers departed from the band early 2017 and were replaced by Dan Ryan on drums and James Alexander Lascu on bass in June 2017.
In 2013, Crobot was discovered by Wind-up Records, and was officially signed in December. [2] [3] On May 13, 2014, they released their self-titled EP, produced by Machine (Clutch, Lamb of God, Cobra Starship, Gym Class Heroes). The EP featured four tracks from their upcoming full-length album and received positive reviews. [4] [5] Their first single and video for "Nowhere to Hide" debuted on Revolver on May 14, 2014 [6] and hit number 16 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. In May, Crobot was added to the 2014 lineup for Taco Bell's Feed the Beat campaign. [7]
In 2014, the band toured with Chevelle, Clutch, The Sword, Truckfighters, KYNG, Kill Devil Hill, in addition to playing festivals such as SXSW, Rock on the Range, and Summerfest. [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] They embarked on their first UK tour in September 2014, with The Virginmarys. [13] Crobot performed at the "ShipRocked" music festival at sea [14] from February 2–6 with Limp Bizkit, Black Label Society, Buckcherry, and fellow Wind-Up Records band Filter. The band then headed to Europe for a stint with Black Label Society and Anthrax before returning to the U.S. in April for a tour starting in Denver. At the end of September 2015 Crobot performed again at sea as part of the Motorhead's Motorboat line-up. [15] They also supported Motorhead and Anthrax on a few warm-up dates prior to the Motorboat in September 2015. On June 8, 2016, Crobot released their new single "Not for Sale" taken from their second studio album Welcome to Fat City, released September 23. [16]
In November 2018, Crobot signed with Mascot Records [17] leading up to the release of their newest album Motherbrain in August 2019.
In February 2019, Crobot entered the studio in Atlanta with Corey Lowery of Seether who produced, mixed and engineered Motherbrain. Lowery also contributed playing bass. The album was released on August 23, 2019, and achieved a #6 position in the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart. [18] The first single from Motherbrain, "Low Life", achieved a #10 position on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Songs chart in February 2020. [19]
In 2021, the band released their Rat Child EP. The four-track project features Steel Panther's Stix Zadina, Light the Torch's Howard Jones, and bassist Frank Bello of Anthrax. [20]
On March 10, 2022, the band announced their new album Feel This, alongside the lead single "Better Times." The album was released on June 3, 2022. [21]
On July 12, 2023, the band released a recording of Janet Jackson's "Black Cat". [22]
Crobot describes their music as "Dirty. Groove. Rock.", and has been compared to hard rock bands like Wolfmother, Queens of the Stone Age, Rage Against the Machine and Soundgarden. [23] [24] Frontman Brandon Yeagley has been praised for his power packed vocals and dynamic stage presence, guiding the band's "undeniably magnetizing live shows." [25]

Megadeth is an American thrash metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1983 by vocalist/guitarist Dave Mustaine. Known for their technically complex guitar work and musicianship, Megadeth is one of the "big four" of American thrash metal along with Metallica, Anthrax, and Slayer, responsible for the genre's development and popularization. Their music features complex arrangements and fast rhythm sections, dual lead guitars, and lyrical themes of war, politics, religion, death, and personal relationships.
Motörhead were an English rock band formed in London in 1975 by bassist and lead vocalist Lemmy Kilmister, guitarist Larry Wallis and drummer Lucas Fox. Lemmy was also the primary songwriter and only constant member. The band are often considered a precursor to the new wave of British heavy metal, which re-energised heavy metal in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Though several guitarists and drummers have played in Motörhead, most of their best-selling albums and singles feature drummer Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor and guitarist "Fast" Eddie Clarke. From 1995 until the band's break-up in 2015, the group consisted of Lemmy, guitarist Phil Campbell and drummer Mikkey Dee.
Anthrax is an American thrash metal band from New York City, formed in 1981 by rhythm guitarist Scott Ian and bassist Dan Lilker. The group is considered one of the leaders of the thrash metal scene from the 1980s and is part of the "Big Four" of the genre, along with Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer. They were also one of the first thrash metal bands to emerge from the East Coast. The band's current lineup consists of Scott Ian, drummer Charlie Benante, bassist Frank Bello, vocalist Joey Belladonna and lead guitarist Jonathan Donais. Anthrax's lineup has changed numerous times over their career, leaving Ian as the only constant member of the band. Ian and Benante are the only two members to appear on all of Anthrax's albums, while Bello has been a member of Anthrax since 1984, replacing Lilker.
Among the Living is the third studio album by American heavy metal band Anthrax. It was released on March 16, 1987, by Megaforce Records in the US and by Island Records in the rest of the world. The album is dedicated to Cliff Burton of Metallica, who died in a bus accident six months before its release while Metallica were on tour with Anthrax as the opening act.
Suicidal Tendencies is an American crossover thrash band formed in 1980 in Venice, California, by vocalist Mike Muir. The band has undergone various lineup changes, with Muir as the only remaining original member. We've Come for You All is the ninth studio album by American heavy metal band Anthrax. It was released on May 6, 2003 through Nuclear Blast in Europe and Sanctuary Records in North America. This was the first Anthrax record to feature Rob Caggiano on lead guitar and their last studio album with John Bush on vocals. The album was recorded over a one-year span at the BearTracks Recording Studio in Suffern, New York. The cover art was designed by comic book artist Alex Ross, while the production was handled by Scrap 60 Productions team. The Who vocalist Roger Daltrey and Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell made guest appearances on the album.
"Overkill" is a song by English rock band Motörhead. It was released in 7" and 12" vinyl pressings in 1979. It is backed with B-side "Too Late Too Late" which appears on the CD re-issues of the Overkill album. Early copies came with an "Overkill" badge. The single reached number 39 on the UK Singles Chart.

Worship Music is the tenth studio album by American heavy metal band Anthrax. The album was released on September 12, 2011, internationally, and on September 13 in the United States. It was the band's first album of original material since 2003's We've Come for You All, the first full-length Anthrax album since the return of longtime vocalist Joey Belladonna, and the final album with guitarist Rob Caggiano prior to his departure in January 2013.

The Virginmarys are an English rock duo from Macclesfield, England. The band formed in 2006 as a trio and self-released a limited series of sold out EPs, before releasing their debut album King of Conflict on DoubleCross/Cooking Vinyl and Wind Up Records (US) in February 2013. The album was awarded Editors Choice by iTunes US following their songs "Bang Bang Bang" and "Just A Ride" both being iTunes Singles Of The Week and was then nominated for Album Of The Year at the Classic Rock Awards 2013. In 2013, The Virginmarys were crowned Best Breakthrough act at the Classic Rock Awards. "Motherless Land", the first single from the band's second LP, Divides, was released on 16 February 2016. Produced by Gil Norton, Divides was released on 6 May 2016 via Wind-up Records.
We as Human was an American Christian rock band originally from Sandpoint, Idaho, United States, formed in 2001. They were discovered by John Cooper, lead singer of the band Skillet, in 2010 who introduced them to Atlantic Records, their current label. They moved to Nashville, Tennessee in September 2011, where they resided until they disbanded. They have played shows with Avenged Sevenfold, Skillet, Korn, Alter Bridge, Papa Roach, and Shinedown. Their music has been accepted in both the Christian and mainstream rock markets.
Welcome to Fat City is the second studio album by Pennsylvania rock band Crobot, it is the last album to feature brothers Jake & Paul Figuero. It was Released 23 September 2016. They started recording the record in January 2016 with record producer Machine in Texas. They announced the album in June 2016 with the first official single "Not for Sale". They have since then released 3 song including title track "Welcome to Fat City", "Plague of the Mammoths" and new single "Play It Cool".
Metal Allegiance is an American thrash metal supergroup formed on Long Island, New York, in 2014 by bassist and songwriter Mark Menghi. Shortly after, he recruited bassist David Ellefson, guitarist Alex Skolnick, and drummer Mike Portnoy. Though the group does not have an official lead singer, they usually hire guest musicians to contribute vocals and/or guitar parts to their studio recordings and live shows, including Andreas Kisser of Sepultura and Mark Osegueda of Death Angel. To date, Metal Allegiance has released two studio albums and one EP.

The Motörhead 40th Anniversary Tour was a concert tour performed by the English heavy metal band in celebration of their 40th anniversary, as well as in support of their 22nd and final studio album, Bad Magic. It would be the band's final tour before the death of Lemmy on 28 December 2015.
