The Crown Lands Act 1702 ^[a] (1 Ann. c. 1) ^[b] is an act of the Parliament of England, originally entitled An Act for the better Support of Her Majesties Houshold and of the Honour and Dignity of the Crown.

As of 2025 ^[update] , the act is still partly in force in England and Wales. ^[1]

Subsequent developments

Sections 1 to 4 of the act were repealed by section 1 of, and the schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1867 (30 & 31 Vict. c. 59)

Sections 6 and 8 of the act were repealed by section 1 of, and the first schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1948 (11 & 12 Geo. 6. c. 62).

In the Republic of Ireland the act was repealed by sections 2(1) and 3(1) of, and part 2 of schedule 2 to, the Statute Law Revision Act 2007.

1. The citation of this act by this short title was authorised by section 1 of, and the first schedule to, the Short Titles Act 1896. Due to the repeal of those provisions it is now authorised by section 19(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978.
