The commune is composed of seven villages: Dăneștii Chioarului (Dánfalva), Iadăra (Jeder), Lucăcești (Szamoslukácsi), Mireșu Mare, Remeți pe Someș (Gyökeres), Stejera (Jávorfalu) and Tulghieș (Szamostölgyes).
