DC Universe Presents Batman Superman was part of the 'Collector's Edition' line of DC Comics anthologies published monthly in the UK by Titan Magazines from September 2007 to March 2008. It reprinted DC Comics titles from the United States featuring Batman, Superman and related characters from the DC Universe and accompanied Batman Legends , Justice League Legends and Superman Legends as the fourth DC Collectors' Edition published by Titan. DC Universe Presents Batman Superman was ultimately cancelled with issue #7 due to lack of sales.
Following a similar format to the Marvel Collector's Editions published in the UK by Panini Comics, each issue was 76 pages long, typically reprinted three modern stories and was sold once every 28 days through UK newsagents. Each issue also included the 'Roll Call' feature found in each of Titan's monthly DC titles, which spotlighted various DC graphic novels and included a 'Hero of the Month' panel. [3]

George Pérez was an American comic book artist and writer, who worked primarily as a penciller. He came to prominence in the 1970s penciling Fantastic Four and The Avengers for Marvel Comics. In the 1980s he penciled The New Teen Titans, which became one of DC Comics' top-selling series. He penciled DC's landmark limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths, followed by relaunching Wonder Woman as both writer and penciller for the rebooted series. In the meantime, he worked on other comics published by Marvel, DC, and other companies into the 2010s. He was known for his detailed and realistic rendering, and his facility with complex crowd scenes.
Marvin Arthur Wolfman is an American comic book and novelization writer. Tom Peyer is an American comic book creator and editor. He is known for his 1999 revisioning of Golden Age super-hero Hourman, as well as his work on the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 1990s. An editor at DC Comics/Vertigo from 1987 to 1993, he served as assistant editor on Neil Gaiman's Sandman. Peyer has also worked for Marvel Comics, Wildstorm, and Bongo Comics. With John Layman, he wrote the 2007–2009 Tek Jansen comic book, based on the Stephen Colbert character.

DC Comics insert previews were 16-page comic book stories inserted into issues of existing DC Comics series to promote new series usually debuting the next month. Running from 1980 to 1985, they consisted of a front cover, 14 pages of story, and a back cover that depicted the cover of the actual first issue. The addition of the insert did not entail an increase in the price of the comic book, and the cover copy called the insert "a special free 16-page comic!"
Limited Collectors' Edition is an American comic book series published by DC Comics from 1972 to 1978. It usually featured reprints of previously published stories but a few issues contained new material. The series was published in an oversized 10" x 14" tabloid format.
