[4] [5] [6] During June 2015, DEX acquired Memphis, Tennessee-based MidSouth Digital. [7] During that same month, TotalPrint LLC came under the control of DEX. [8] In July 2016, DEX acquired the business Modular Document Solutions, which operated 15 locations, all in Florida.[ citation needed ] In October 2016, DEX acquired Omega Office Systems for $3 million.
