Dagney Kerr is a television actress, singer, and dancer best known for her roles as Nurse Ruth Ann Heisel on Desperate Housewives and Buffy's roommate Kathy on Buffy the Vampire Slayer . She is also known for appearances on George Lopez , E.R. , Six Feet Under , and The District .
Kerr was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. [1] She attended the Cincinnati School for the Creative and Performing Arts and apprenticed in the Cincinnati Ballet Company. [1]

Buffy the Vampire Slayer is a 1992 American comedy horror film directed by Fran Rubel Kuzui and starring Kristy Swanson, Donald Sutherland, Paul Reubens, Rutger Hauer, Luke Perry, Hilary Swank, and David Arquette. It follows a Valley Girl cheerleader named Buffy who learns that it is her fate to hunt vampires. It was a moderate success at the box office, but received mixed reception from critics. The film took a different direction from that which its writer, Joss Whedon, intended. Five years later, he created the darker, and critically acclaimed, television series of the same name.

Conchata Galen Ferrell was an American actress. Although she was a regular cast member of five sitcoms, she was best known for playing Berta the housekeeper for all 12 seasons of Two and a Half Men.
