The flag of the state of Utah was adopted in February 2011 and consists of the seal of Utah encircled in a golden circle on a background of dark navy blue. It replaced a previous, albeit rather similar flag that had been in use since 1913. It is one of the state flags of the United States.

Wirthlin also was a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a member of its Second Quorum of the Seventy from 1996 to 2001.
Jason E. Chaffetz is an American retired politician who served as the U.S. representative for Utah's 3rd congressional district from 2009 until his resignation in 2017. He chaired the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform from 2015 until 2017.

Ludmya "Mia" Love is an American political commentator and politician who served as the U.S. representative for Utah's 4th congressional district from 2015 to 2019. Utah has not had a Democratic governor since Scott M. Matheson left office in January 1985. This is the second longest active streak of one-party leadership, trailing only South Dakota, which has not had a Democratic governor since Harvey L. Wollman left office in 1979.
