Daniel L. Kloeffler (born January 1, 1976) [1] is an American media consultant and television journalist. In 2010, he became anchor of ABC News Now, a cable-news channel of the ABC broadcasting network.
Kloeffler graduated from Algonac High School in Algonac, Michigan, in 1994. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire, in 1999.
He worked at WSTM-TV –an NBC-affiliated television station in Syracuse, New York –prior to joining MSNBC, a cable-news channel. While at MSNBC, he anchored overnight MSNBC Now news updates as well as MSNBC's First Look and broadcast network NBC's Early Today , both early-morning news programs; [2] Kloeffler left MSNBC in 2009.
In 2010, he became a freelance anchor and correspondent for ABC News, anchoring its ABC News Now channel. [3]
Kloeffler later founded The Salt Standard, which provides communication and media training for individuals and organizations. [4]
Kloeffler came out as gay live during a broadcast on October 17th, 2011. [5] [6]

Harry Smith is an American retired television journalist who has worked for NBC News, MSNBC, and CNBC as a senior correspondent. He hosted the CBS News morning programs, The Early Show and its predecessor, CBS This Morning, for seventeen years. Thomas Albert Roberts is an American television journalist who served as a news anchor for MSNBC, a cable-news channel. He ended his seven-year stint anchoring MSNBC Live, the daytime news platform of NBC News, on weekends from 5-7pm ET. Before that he was anchor of Way Too Early and a contributor to Morning Joe. He was also an NBC News correspondent and a fill-in anchor on Today and NBC Nightly News. On November 18, 2017, it was announced that Roberts had decided to leave MSNBC for other endeavors. On August 14, 2020, it was announced that Roberts will be the host of season four of DailyMailTV.
José Díaz-Balart Caballero is a Cuban-American journalist and television anchorman. On September 7, 2021, Diaz-Balart stepped down as anchor of the weeknight editions of Noticias Telemundo. He is currently anchoring José Díaz-Balart Reports on MSNBC. He also continues to anchor NBC Nightly News Saturday, frequently substitutes for the weekday and Sunday broadcast, and will continue to anchor breaking news and special events coverage for Telemundo and host monthly specials.
