Daniel Herrera Vidiella (born 1963) is a Uruguayan rugby union coach.
He was in charge of Uruguay, from 1994 to 1999, when he achieved his country's first ever qualification for the Rugby World Cup finals, after defeating Portugal twice in the repechage. In the 1999 Rugby World Cup finals, he achieved a win over Spain (27-15). Herrera was one of the youngest coaches at the tournament and was even younger than his older player, Diego Ormaechea, aged 40.

The Japan national rugby union team, often known as the Cherry Blossoms, Sakura, and more recently The Brave Blossoms is traditionally the strongest rugby union power in Asia and has enjoyed and endured mixed results against non-Asian teams over the years. Michael John Catt OBE is a South African-born former rugby union player who played for the England national rugby union team. He played professionally for the clubs London Irish and Bath. He earned 75 international caps for England and played in two World Cup Finals, in 2003 and 2007. With his appearance in the October 2007 final, at age 36 years 1 month, he became the oldest ever player to play in a Rugby World Cup final. Since 2008, Catt has coached various rugby teams, and has since 2019 been an assistant coach for the Ireland national rugby team.
The Romania national rugby union team represents Romania in men's international rugby union competitions, nicknamed Stejarii, is long considered one of the stronger European teams outside the Six Nations. They have participated in all but one Rugby World Cup and currently compete in the first division of the European Nations Cup, which they won recently in 2017. Agustín Pichot is a retired Argentine rugby union player, formerly captain of the Argentine team and the English club Bristol. He was Vice-Chairman of World Rugby between 2016 and 2020.

Chester Mornay Williams was a South African rugby union player. He played as a winger for the South Africa national rugby union team (Springboks) from 1993 to 2000, most notably for the team that won the 1995 Rugby World Cup, which was hosted in South Africa. He was the only non-white player on the team. During the tournament he scored four tries for South Africa in its quarter-final match and also appeared in the semi-final and final. Domestically he played rugby for the Western Province in the Currie Cup.
