Daniel Miehm

Daniel J. Miehm (born August 27, 1960, in Kitchener, Ontario) [1] is the Bishop of the Diocese of Peterborough, Ontario.

The 13th bishop of the diocese, Miehm was installed on April 19, 2017 [2] after being selected by Pope Francis in March of that year. [3]

Miehm previously served as auxiliary bishop of Hamilton, Ontario. [2] He was ordained in 1989. [4]

Personal life

Miehm's parents first met when they were both members of the Legion of Mary. [3]
