Danny B. Tull (born 27 February 1977) is an English director and film editor.
Danny Tull was born in Bournemouth, England, and attained a degree in music technology at Rose Bruford College, London, which he attended from 1995 to 1997.
He started editing video at Metropolis Video in London's Neal's Yard in 1998 working on music videos, documentaries, television, commercial and non-commercial, with directors such as Jonas Akerlund, Chris Cunningham, Johan Renck and editing music videos for artists such as Madonna, Jamiroquai, Manic Street Preachers, Justin Timberlake and Moby.
Tull has worked with photographer/directors such as Steven Klein, Tom Munro, Mert and Marcus, Terry Richardson and Clive Arrowsmith. In 2012 he worked with Tom Munro to edit a short film with Rihanna and Elle magazine called "Havana"; he edited and co-wrote the soundtrack for this.
In 2005 he edited the feature film Ragtale and subsequently continued to edit feature length presentations.
He has worked with pop singer Madonna for a number of years editing many of her music videos ("4 Minutes", "Give It 2 Me", "Celebration", "Give Me All Your Luvin'", "Girl Gone Wild", "Living for Love", "Ghosttown", "Bitch I'm Madonna") as well as working on her concert videos: The Confessions Tour (Editor), Sticky and Sweet Tour (Associate director/editor) and MDNA World Tour (Director/editor). He also worked on many of the back screen projections for the tours. The MDNA Tour was dubbed as the highest-grossing tour of 2012 by Billboard, and became the tenth highest-grossing tour of all time.
For Madonna, he also edited the documentary I Am Because We Are (2008), the feature film W.E. (2011; directed by Madonna) and in 2013, he edited her 17-minute film secretprojectrevolution .
On 26 July 2012, Tull directed and edited Madonna Live at Paris Olympia show which was broadcast live on YouTube.
In the summer of 2014, Tull worked with the agency McCann London and director Cristiana Miranda to edit the L'Oréal Elnett Satin hairspray commercial with Cheryl Cole. Produced by Passion Raw and Pos- production by Framestore.
On his latest job, Danny flew to Paris for the last two shows of ON THE RUN tour (Beyoncé and Jay-Z) to help vision mix the live show and then to join the team of editors that cut the 2:20 hrs HBO special in only five days. The first of its kind directed by Jonas Akerlund and editing headed up by Christian Larson. The show was shot at Stade De France, with over 30 cameras per night.
In 2005 he edited the film Ragtale, which won Best Editor in the Jackson Hole film festival and in 2007 he worked on Intervention, which won the best feature in San Diego.
In 2010 the I Am Because We Are documentary won a "VH1 Do Something award".
His commercials work in 2012 on Perrier's "The Drop" with Johan Renck earned a nomination for a Cannes Lion award. He also worked on an earlier Gucci commercial in 2009, "Flora by Gucci", with Chris Cuningham which was awarded a Golden Lion at Cannes.
In 2009, his work as an editor on Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" music video with Jonas Akerlund was nominated for Best Video at the MTV Video Music Awards and The Confessions Tour in 2008 won a Grammy Award for Best Long Form Music Video.
Niki Haris is an American singer and dancer of pop, R&B, dance music and jazz. She was one of Madonna's backing vocalists from 1987 to 2001, and the guest lead vocalist on various Snap! singles in the early 1990s.

Written by Madonna, William Orbit, Clive Maldoon, Dave Curtiss, Christine Leach, and produced by Madonna and Orbit, "Ray of Light" is based on Curtiss Maldoon's "Sepheryn" and is an electronic dance song with techno, trance, Eurodance, and disco influences. "Ray of Light" consists of a main synth sound oscillating on the primary musical note and an electric guitar riff. Lyrically, the song has a theme of freedom.
"Hung Up" is a song by American singer Madonna from her tenth studio album Confessions on a Dance Floor (2005). Initially used in a number of television advertisements and serials, the song was released as the album's lead single on October 18, 2005. Written and produced by Madonna in collaboration with Stuart Price, "Hung Up" prominently features a sample from the instrumental introduction to ABBA's single "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! ", for which Madonna personally sought permission from its songwriters, Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus. This is one of the few times Andersson and Ulvaeus have given permission to sample one of their songs, following "Rumble in the Jungle" by the Fugees and "Fly With Me" by 98 Degrees.
I'm Going to Tell You a Secret is a 2005 American documentary film that follows singer Madonna on her 2004 Re-Invention World Tour. Directed by Jonas Åkerlund, the film premiered on MTV on October 21, 2005, and was released on DVD on June 20, 2006, by Warner Bros. Records. The documentary was originally called The Re-Invented Process, referencing the tour and the Steven Klein exhibition titled X-STaTIC Pro=CeSS. It starts with imagery from the exhibition and Madonna auditioning dancers for the tour, continues with her entourage travelling through different cities and performing, the singer's introspection on her life, her marriage, her religion, and her children, and ends with Madonna's visit to Israel in the midst of protests.
Bo Johan Renck is a Swedish director of music videos, TV and film. He was originally a singer-songwriter from 1991 to 2001, using the moniker Stakka Bo, and had an international hit with his single "Here We Go" in 1993. Renck later became a music-video and television director, winning an Emmy Award in 2019 for his work on the mini-series Chernobyl.
I'm Going to Tell You a Secret is the first live album by American singer and songwriter Madonna, containing songs from the documentary of same name. The album was released on June 20, 2006, in a two-disc format, a CD with 13 songs from the show plus a demo from her tenth studio album Confessions on a Dance Floor (2005), and a DVD with the documentary film. The Confessions Tour is the second live album by American singer and songwriter Madonna. It was released on January 26, 2007, by Warner Bros. Records. Directed by Jonas Åkerlund, the album chronicles Madonna's 2006 Confessions Tour and includes the full version of the television broadcast special The Confessions Tour: Live from London. It was recorded at Wembley Arena during the London dates of the tour, and was released in both CD and DVD format. The DVD contains the entire concert and the CD includes thirteen live songs only. The album became the first release from Semtex Films, a production company founded by Madonna in 2006.

It was released on September 6, 2013, by Interscope Records as a full concert on all formats including a double-disc CD, DVD, and Blu-ray. Madonna had embarked on the MDNA Tour for promotion of her twelfth studio album MDNA. The tour was a commercial success although it courted a number of controversies. The performances at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida during the North American leg of the MDNA Tour were documented for video release. The recording was directed by Danny B. Tull and Stephane Sennour who included footage from other shows of the tour.

Comprising 82 shows, the tour visited North America, Asia, Europe and Oceania. He has performed with music artists such as Chris Brown, Usher, Mariah Carey, Kendrick Lamar, Cher and Jennifer Hudson, and co-starred alongside Lupita Nyong'o in Jay Z's music video "MaNyfaCedGod". He was selected by the creative director Jamie King and the choreographers Richmond and Anthony Talauega to be one of Michael Jackson's dancers for his posthumous album "Xscape". Mabanza is also known as one of Madonna's main dancers. In 2022, Mabanza played Bek in the Disney+ miniseries Moon Knight.
