Danny Wimmer Presents (DWP) is a music festival production and promotion company headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Focusing primarily on the rock music scene, DWP is one of the smallest high-capacity national promoting companies in the United States. In addition to being ranked on Pollstar's Top 100 Promoters Worldwide in 2014 [1] and 2015, [2] Since 2011, DWP has created, developed and produced events including Rock on the Range, Aftershock, Louder than Life, Welcome to Rockville & Carolina Rebellion. [3]

Aftershock is a hard rock and heavy metal festival in Sacramento, California. [4]

Carolina Rebellion was an annual rock music festival held in Concord, North Carolina. [5] Due to a split between DWP and AEG, it was replaced in 2019 by Epicenter. [6]

Louder Than Life is a hard rock/heavy metal festival in Louisville, Kentucky. [7]

Rock on the Range was a rock music festival in Columbus, Ohio that was co-produced by Danny Wimmer Presents and Live Nation. [8] It was replaced in 2019 by Danny Wimmer Presents with the Sonic Temple Festival. [9]

Welcome to Rockville is a hard rock and heavy metal music festival in Daytona Beach, Florida. [10]

After releasing four more albums and touring relentlessly for nearly a decade, Mudvayne went on hiatus in 2010. They reunited in 2021 and continue to perform live.

Wacken Open Air is a heavy metal music festival, held annually since 1989 on the first weekend of August in the village of Wacken in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Carolina Rebellion was a rock festival that took place annually in North Carolina. It was produced by AEG Live and Danny Wimmer Presents. The inaugural festival took place at the Metrolina Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina. The second year of the festival it was relocated to Rockingham Speedway in Rockingham, North Carolina. The festival took place at Rock City Campgrounds at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina in 2013 and the promoters aimed to make that the permanent venue. In 2013, Carolina Rebellion expanded to two days and to three days in 2016. Due to a split between DWP and AEG Live, a new festival, Epicenter, was announced on November 28, 2018, to be the replacement for Carolina Rebellion, scheduled to start in 2019.

We Are Harlot, often shortened to just Harlot, is a hard rock supergroup organized by singer Danny Worsnop, of Asking Alexandria, and Jeff George, who was formerly Sebastian Bach's guitarist. The lineup also includes bassist Brian Weaver from Silvertide and drummer Bruno Agra formerly of Revolution Renaissance. Sonic Temple was to return in 2020, but was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which put the festival on hiatus until its return in 2023.

American heavy metal band Metallica toured throughout 2021 and 2022 in support of the 30th anniversary of their fifth and self-titled studio album Metallica, the 40th anniversary of the band, and in continuation of the WorldWired Tour. It was their first tour after the COVID-19 pandemic.
